Appendix B Guidelines and Practices: These are the minimum requirements for a standard evaluation for High Plains. These guidelines need to be followed to ensure a uniform and appropriate evaluation across High Plains Educational Cooperative. You may add additional information and assessment that is unique to your district for the purposes of error analysis, peer comparison and convergence of data.
