NAS Workloads Small Random IO Home Folder Observations: We saw 3x performance benefit on the # users supported with FAST cache. FSCT tool distributes Home directories workload from the FSCT clients to the CIFS share, runs the scenarios and calculates the number of scenarios completed for a particular user count. Recommend using FAST Cache for Home directories workload on NAS.
