Teletronica and its staff have been successfully certified by:

voice and video Teletronica has been a direct witness of the IP telephony revolution, which started from old analog systems and led to modern voice communication systems based on IP networks. Our customers range from small offices that need cost effective solutions for their business to corporates companies that want to take advantage from new opportunities and integrations offered by a modern VOIP unified communication system. We acquired valuable competencies in the naval sector, both commercial and military, designing and deploying IP telephony systems, wired and wi-fi networks and IP TV systems. Thanks to the competences acquired through years, we have been selected as system integrator partner for enterprise level companies such as: Stefanel Group, an international leader in fashion industry. We developed a wide IP telephony multi-site network to comply with their worldwide communication requirements. Danieli Spa, a multinational organization with 7,000 work places located all around the world. Teletronica is handling the TLC systems, both in Italy and abroad (Europe, India, China, Middle East and Far East) with important quality recognitions. We built with them and are still administering a network of more than 70 PABXs and more than 6000 telephones. Fincantieri S.p.A.: one of the largest groups in the World in the design and construction of merchant and naval vessels. We realized many different projects, from IP telephone systems to complete SDCN (Ship Digital Communication Network) for cruise ships with over 1600 IP users, including TVCC, VOIP, IPTV, Networking and Cable systems. From 2009 to 2012 we worked on six cruise ships for Fincantieri S.p.A. (for Carnival Cruise and Compagnie du Ponant shipping companies) and hundreds commercials and military ships for foreign shipbuilding companies. Solari S.p.A.: world leader in public information market, we realized many integrations of ip telephony systems and sensor networks worldwide in airports and metropolitan areas.

telecommunications infrastructure Networking infrastructure planning and deploying are two of our core businesses, and we are providing our customers with a constantly up-to-date specialized staff, in order to grant them a skilled team of technicians ready to help in all phases of network infrastructure deployment. We plan, deploy and manage complete transport infrastructures for voice, data and video services, using a wide selection of transport media like copper wire, optical fiber or wireless networks. Our skills range from deep understanding of cabling needs and environment requirements to organized and customized configuration of network devices, providing the best solution for every peculiar customer environment. We developed an overall extension of thousands of kilometers long and hundreds of back-hauling nodes for our customers; in addition we are focusing on deploying optical fiber nodes for Friuli Venezia Giulia s regional network infrastructure by using Cisco devices. Teletronica is also playing a crucial role as technological partner for several important main contractors and is delivering turnkey solutions for specific industrial sites worldwide. We are providing solutions for business areas such as manufacturing and services, petrochemical, energy production (with large hydro-electric power stations and photovoltaic plants), and naval sector (commercial and military). In latest years we achieved the following results: We planned and deployed whole wi-fi networking infrastructure for the cities of Trieste and Venice, with more than 250 access points connected to an optical fiber backbone, with the purpose of providing public access to Internet. We handled all the planning stages for the deployment of access points, controllers, optical fiber cabling, networking devices together with all the configurations needed to comply with customer needs and Italian laws. We installed several integrated networking systems for hydroelectric power plants, in environments that required aerial deployment of optical fiber cable over mountain cliffs. The largest one was composed by more than 15 water catchment areas, with differences in altitude that reached nearly 2000 meters. In these conditions, we used a high profile optical fiber cable designed for harsh environments and a wide range of industrial network devices able to work in extreme temperatures. We also implemented redundancy to guarantee a stable base for all PLCbased control systems, surveillance and data communication even in those difficult environmental conditions. In a local industrial area, we have realized a complete optical fiber ring more than 30 km wide, and in the next years we will complete direct connections to such ring for all industrial sites inside the area. We directly handled a course-change of inter-route international optical fiber backbone in order to connect this ring to the existing network.

video surveillance and access security We have been operating in the fields of video surveillance and security for more than 15 years; we planned, deployed and managed a wide range of security solutions for our customers in agreement with market evolution. From analogic cameras and security systems to modern infrastructures based on IP and MegaPixel technologies. Our philosophy is to work at first on customer expectations, to understand what the actual needs are and to select the most suitable product together with the best deployment strategies. We are aware that each security system makes the environment where it is installed more complex and less usable, but we know that finding the right way to deal with these drawbacks is a key element for a winning project. A good plan is crucial for a wellexecuted work. Regarding video surveillance and security systems we use only state-of-the-art technologies and work with the most reliable partners. We completed many video surveillance and integrated security systems in many business sectors: We planned many urban surveillance systems in northern Italy (Venice, Trieste, Aviano and over 60 other italian municipalities), and at the time writing we installed more than 5.000 cameras in metropolitan areas. Tansportation industry - we planned, deployed and managed integrated surveillance systems on highways and roads (some of our clients are, for instance, Autostrade per l Italia and ANAS, two concessionaries for highways and state routes in Italy) to comply with the need for security surveillance on toll stations, emergency and rest areas and dangerous spots. Public transport - we accomplished many different projects for public transport companies. For example, a video surveillance system for the monitoring of buses for Trieste Trasporti S.p.A. (public transportation company in the city of Trieste) and a video surveillance system used on public boat transportation service in Venice. Renewable Energy Area - we realized many photovoltaic video surveillance systems based on thermal cameras, integrated with centralized alarm systems. Most of these sites had no human presence, so we implemented a combination of thermal cameras, video analysis software and alarm systems to grant automated management of intrusion recognition and alarm. Moreover, we deployed many surveillance systems featuring hundreds of cameras for hydro-electric plants and petrochemical sites. We realized a complete video surveillance system in Cividale, a historical town in Unesco World Heritage List. In this project we had to deal with many constraints created by the great amount of medieval buildings and antique structures still present on site. We managed to install and activate more than 30 cameras on a network infrastructure based on optical fiber and HyperLAN connectivity.

data center Since 2008, we have been providing data center services based on a reliable and highprofile environment both for storage, disaster recovery needs and cloud services. We provide hosting, housing, disaster recovery servicesand cloud services both on IaaS and Paas models. Our structure is more than 1000 square meters wide, featuring a power room with double redundancy, redundant green cooling systems with low environmental impact and emergency generators able to keep all systems operational for 2 weeks without any connection to public electricity network. Hardware and data from customers are safeguarded with state-of-the-art intrusion protection systems and fire suppression equipment. Our data center is connected to public network through 4 optical fiber rings and it is hosting 11 national and internationals carriers using it for co-location of their own equipment. Our center is TIA-942-2 Tier 3 compliant, with an expected availability of 99.98%, and it is ISO/IEC 27001:2005 certified. Service management procedures are based on ITIL standards and within 2012 we will also be ISO/IEC 20000 compliant.
