Warren for Judge! County Court at Law #4 www.warrenforjudge.com Email: warrendiepraamforjudge@aol.com Warren Diepraam has been in law enforcement for 23 years and has become recognized in Texas and across the nation for his innovative and life saving ideas. Warren began his career at the Harris County District Attorney s Office in 1990 and quickly became a leader in the trial division. Warren has handled all types of cases from DWI to Capital Murder. In 1999, Warren became recognized as an expert in Vehicular Homicides due to several high-profile prosecutions. In his first high-profile case, Warren sent a drunk driver in an 18-wheeler to prison for killing 4 of 5 family members. He is also credited with creating a new method of prosecution by charging a habitual drunk driver with felony murder for killing a young child in a DWI crash, more than doubling the offender s punishment. Warren will bring this innovation to Fort Bend County to make the criminals pay for their conduct rather than the taxpayers. Help Warren bring this innovation to Fort Bend County Court 4 where it s time for a change. ABOVE: Warren addresses the national media about his No Refusal Program as law enforcement officers watch. Warren Diepraam has been twice voted the nation s top Vehicular Crimes Prosecutor! Warren created the No Refusal Program that has spread all across the nation. Because of his involvement in this program, Warren is now a nationally recognized prosecutor. He was voted the sole prosecutor representative to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration where he has served effectively on behalf of the nation s prosecutors. Fort Bend is a growing county with increased crime. We cannot afford to not support our local law enforcement. Warren will bring his nationally recognized innovation to crime and punishment in our county! We have a vested interest in an efficient Fort Bend County Justice System! Warren is a Dulles High School graduate and has been in Fort Bend County since 1980. He is currently the Bureau Chief for the Specialized Prosecutions Section at the Montgomery County District Attorney s Office. Warren supervises prosecutors handling serious criminal cases including Child Pornography, Sexual Assault, White Collar Crime, Domestic Violence, Civil Trial, and Vehicular Homicides. During Warren s tenure at the Montgomery County District Attorney s Office, DWI homicide charges have dropped by approximately fifty percent. In addition, Child Porn Distributors have been apprehended at increasing rates and children have been rescued from the clutches of these predators thereby breaking the chain of violence. Lastly, Domestic Violence cases go through the system quickly and efficiently. Warren created the county s direct file system which cuts the time a case sits on the docket almost in half, saving the taxpayers money. It s time we brought this innovative approach to Fort Bend County by voting for Warren Diepraam for Court 4! By increasing efficiency, reducing what is frequently the largest docket in Fort Bend County, ensuring that tax dollars are not wasted on lawyer s fees, and bringing a tough-on-crime approach to County Court 4, Warren will work on making sure that Fort Bend County residents have safe streets and make the criminals pay for their crime not the taxpayers.to find out more: www.warrenforjudge.com Warren complies with the Judicial Campaign Fairness Act. LETTER FROM THE CHAIRMAN BLOCKBUSTER ELECTIONYEAR In case you haven t heard the news Battleground Texas, the George Soros financed organization formed by the Obama machine, is working hard to turn Texas Democrat and Fort Bend County is their number one target! Battleground Texas is targeting Fort Bend because we are a thriving example of Conservative values in action. We represent the prosperity and quality of life that can be obtained through an entrepreneurial spirit, respect for diversity, and a community dedicated towards volunteerism. This Fort Bend Miracle refutes everything that the Liberals on the left have been telling us, that the only route to success and quality of life is through government handouts and government intervention. What has Conservative Republican leadership done for Fort Bend County? The numbers speak for themselves. Fort Bend County leads the nation in quality of life. We are the number one destination for business relocation and startups. Fort Bend is in the Top 5 counties that lead the nation in household income. We are number one for low taxes. We are number one in diversity. We are also one of the fastest growing populations in the country. What has liberal leadership done for the rest of the country? Look at Detroit, Chicago, California and Michigan, cities and states that have fully implemented liberalism. They re broke, their populations are shrinking, and their governments are failing their citizens. Battleground Texas also thinks that because Fort Bend has one of the largest and most diverse minority populations in the United States that our county should vote Democrat. However, the facts show otherwise. Fort Bend is solid red and is getting redder even as our minority population grows! In 2008, McCain beat Obama 52 to 48% in Fort Bend and straight party vote were won by Democrats 68,000 to 66,000. In 2012, Romney beat Obama 55 to 45%, an increase of 8% and Republicans won the straight party vote 87,000 to 75,000. In 2013 we focused on laying the foundation to grow the party to include all residents of our county. Hispanic Republicans of Texas Fort Bend Chapter celebrates its first anniversary in February, with one of the largest and most active memberships in the state. Fort Bend Young Republicans will hold their first meeting this month. Elkins High School Republicans joined our other High School Republican clubs this past year making Fort Bend the county with the highest number of High School Republican Clubs in the state. A new Republican Women s Club is forming in Katy. Our GOP Picnic at the Gates Family Ranch had nearly 400 people attend, our largest ever. As a party, we held our first event ever in Katy with our One of the children celebrates winning one of the many games the children played at the Fort Bend County Republican Party Family Picnic. Christmas Party at Agave Road with 200 in attendance. And on January 4th, we sponsored an NFL Play 60 event in Katy with 270 children and their parents attending. We are well on our way to have a blockbuster election year in 2014, but we need your help. We need you to learn about our Republican candidates and go vote in the primary! On March 4, you will decide who will represent the Republican Party in November. Please educate yourself, read what each candidate wants you to know about them, view the candidate information, ask questions and VOTE! If you do not educate yourself and vote, you have no input into who represents you in our county government. Early voting begins February 18th and Election day is March 4th. GO OUT AND VOTE!
