Bay-Tech Equipment Rentals, Inc. and Bay-Tech Industries, Inc. are full service commercial diving equipment rental, sales, equipment fabrication and repair providers for the commercial diving industry. Today, the company operates in two locations including a satellite office and a 24,000 square foot multiplex offering large inventory storage capabilities and room for complex on-site fabrication. Bay-Tech is on call 24/7 and is ready to serve the diving industry worldwide. Discovering a Need Since forming in 1995, Bay-Tech has tried several solutions, including one that was custom built to handle their day-to-day business. For years we have tried to make these solutions work because of the time and money invested, but none were user-friendly, nor could they produce reliable numbers, said Bonnye Wills, Bay-Tech s Secretary Treasurer. As Bay-Tech grew, it became obvious their solution didn t have the features needed, plus the information generated was just too unreliable. They knew it was time to begin looking for another solution.
