Messages left after 2:00 pm are returned same-day when possible, and will always be returned by 10:00 am the following business day. - An introductory call is made to all property owners and/or contacts within 48 hours of engagement. - We recognize that things sometimes don t go as planned. Our clients are contacted within 24 hours of our discovery of any information or condition that would have a measurable impact on our valuation analysis or timing. - We never speak or write in business gibberish. If there s a problem whether we created it or not you will know immediately. We accept responsibility for our actions, and because of that, we rarely have problems to report. - Our company has a sense of humor!
