Our Mission TO PROMOTE PROFESSIONALISM, INTEGRITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS IN THE AIR CONDITIONING & REFRIGERATION INDUSTRY ARIA s Objectives are: 1. To bring respect to the professional by uplifting its standards through regulatory means whilst preserving and protecting the environment in which we live. 2. To provide technical assistance to the community and industry. 3. To provide a forum where grievance matters can be lodge and dealt with.
WHEN WAS ARIA CREATED? ARIA was formed in 1999, incorporated on January 26, 1999 and Launched on February 14, 1999, under the patronage of the Environmental Management Authority (EMA), The United Nations (UN) and Trinidad and Tobago Manufacturers Association (TTMA) and the Ministry of Trade and Industry.
WHY WAS ARIA CREATED? Meet the global environmental demands of the industry. Such as the internationally agreed conditions of the Montreal Protocol with regard to the phase-out of the Ozone Depleting Substances. Restore the Air Conditioning Industry to a level of respect consistent with the degree of engineering and technical expertise required in the industry. Provide standards of operation for the Industry consistent with the international acceptable practices which ensure that customers get value for money.
WHY WAS ARIA CREATED? Today, ARIA has become an integral part of Trinidad and Tobago's Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Industry and is dedicated to the development and promotion of the industry.

ACHIEVEMENTS ARIA has successfully accommplished: Phasing - out of CFCs with the Ministry of Planning, Housing and the Environment (MPHE), National Ozone Unit and Environmental Management Agency in 2007 for T & T Terminal Phase-out Management Plan (TPMP) Training over 200 Technicians in Safe Handling of Ozone Substances. Arbitrary Services for industry and Ministry of Trade Import Restrictions and Duties Recommended Industry Rates - Service Prices, Labour Charges and Salary Rates.
Also ACHIEVEMENTS ARIA in 1999 incorporated The ARIA Technical Institute Limited with Training in Levels 1, 2 and 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Industry Association Developed TTNVQ s competences Level 1, 2 and 3 for HVACR for National Training Agency (NTA) Of T & T We are the National Consultant for the HPMP Phase-out Plan with UNDP and MPHE.
