AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE WORDING (Issued together with Decision No. 567/BHBV/QĐ-TGĐ/2015 dated March 19 th, 2015 by Chairman of the member s council of BaoViet Insurance Corporation) Basing on the proposal of the Automobile Owner and his payment of premium, as stipulated, Baoviet Insurance Corporation (hereinafter referred to as Baoviet) provides the Automobile Owner s liability insurance enacted by Government and other insurance types subject to all the Articles of this Wording. Article 1: Insurance Contract. Automobile Insurance shall include: CHAPTER I GENERAL PROVISIONS 1.1 Automobile Insurance Wording: comprises provisions regarding to rights and responsibilities of Automobile Owner and Baoviet, and is given by Baoviet upon request of the Automobile Owner. 1.2 Proposal Form (available in printed form): for Automobile Owner to request for insurance and Insurance Contract establishment. This is an integral part of insurance contract. When entering into insurance, the Automobile Owner shall have to fill all the information required in the Proposal Form. 1.3 The Certificate of Insurance / Insurance Policy: shall be issued by Baoviet upon request of Automobile Owner. It shall be considered as proof of Insurance Contract and regulated by this Wording. 1.4 Contract s endorsements: are parts of Insurance Contract; accepted to add to the contract by Baoviet upon request of Automobile Owner. 1.5 Other written agreements (if any) between Automobile Owner and Baoviet. Article 2: Insurance validity and Premium 2.1 The commencement and termination are written on the Certificate of insurance. 2.2 The Insurable interest shall remain in force during the period of insurance notwithstanding the possession of automobile has been transferred. Where the benefits under the contract of insurance have not been transferred to the new owner and request to cancel the Insurance Contract Baoviet shall return premium to the former, following the Article 3 hereinafter. 1 /16

2.3 The Automobile Owner (or Applicant) shall pay specified insurance premium in advance to receive an Insurance Certificate issued by Baoviet unless there is another written agreement. 2.4 If the insurance buyer fails to pay premium timely as per agreement and without any notification to Baoviet or any other agreements redefining payment period, the insurance contract s effect shall automatically terminated until the premium is paid. Article 3: Termination prior to the duration The Automobile Owner may terminate the Insurance Contract by giving 15 days written notice to Baoviet. Where the termination is agreed by the parties, Baoviet shall return a proportionate part of 70% of premium corresponding to the unexpired period of insurance, unless any insurable event occurs during the validity of the Insurance Contract. If it is due to requirement from Baoviet to cancel the Insurance Contract before the duration, it must sent the written notice to the Automobile Owner before 15 days and return a premium corresponding to the unexpired period of insurance. Article 4: Compensation limits In all circumstances, Baoviet shall maintain Automobile Owner s liability with limits per accident of not exceeding the insurance liability (or sum insured) provided in the Insurance Certificate/Insurance Contract and the actual amount of money the Automobile Owner spends to recover his/her automobile from damage. Article 5: Accident and Inspection 5.1 Notice of accident: In the event of accident, the Automobile Owner (or driver) shall take all necessary measures to assist the victim, to avert and minimize the damage and shall at the same time immediately notify to the Police, the nearest office of Baoviet in order to jointly handle the consequences of accident. Within 5 (five) days after the date on which the accident occurred, the Automobile Owner shall reconfirm by sending a written notice (following the printed form) to Baoviet. The Automobile Owner shall not be permitted to remove, dismantle or repair the damaged automobile without obtaining the Baoviet s consent, unless such actions are considered to be necessary either for the safety of the automobile or the observance of the order of the competent authority. If the insured automobile is missing or being stolen, the Automobile Owner (or driver) must immediately report to the Police or local Authority, and send a writing notice of accident to Baoviet within 24 hours. (Except for force majeure as per laws). 2 /16

5.2 Inspection of damage: All damages to properties such as automobile, goods etc. shall be directly inspected by Baoviet in the presence of the Owner, other related parties or the Owner s legal representative to ascertain the cause and the extent of damage. If both parties cannot agree upon the result thereof, a qualified technician shall be appointed by them and his conclusion shall be final decision. In respect of damages which are not subject to inspection or traffic police's report, the Owner shall have the duty to furnish information in details concerning the cause and development of the accident, the extent of damage together with full set of documents to Baoviet for settling the claim. Article 6: Insurance Exclusions (not applied to Chapter III) Loss or damage arising out of the following cases is excluded from the insurance: 6.1 Acts by an Automobile Owner, Driver, or the beneficiary deliberately causing damage; 6.2 The certificate for technical safety and environment verification of the automobile is not valid; (applicable where the automobile is joining traffic); 6.3 Driver does not have qualified driving license (or legal document to prove driver s capability to control special vehicles) - applicable where the automobile is operating by driver); 6.4 Racing (legal or illegal); 6.5 Indirectly consequential losses such as: Depreciation, business interruption, in use, exploiting; 6.6 Accidents occur out of the territory of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; 6.7 The Automobile carried illegal combustibles explosives or goods; 6.8 War; 6.9 Driver is under the influence of alcohol or other illegal stimulants while joining traffic (verified in writing by police); 6.10 Violation of traffic law such as: driving on restricted road, running a red light, going in the opposite direction or failure to comply with police commands; 6.11 Vehicle carried exceedingly more than 50% of its standard loading capacity (in case of goods carrying vehicle) or seats (in case of passenger transporting automobile). Standard weight and seats are stipulated in the certificate for technical safety and environment verification of the Automobile. 3 /16

Article 7: Compensation deduction (not applied to chapter III) 7.1 Baoviet shall deduct 10% of compensation liability in following circumstances: a. The Automobile Owner or his Representative failed to send written notice of accident to Baoviet within 5 days after the date on which the accident occurred (except for force majeure or Baoviet had inspected damages during this period) b. Exceeding more than 10% of allowed speed (verified in writing by police) 7.2 Baoviet shall deduct 30% of compensation liability in case the Automobile Owner moved, dismantled or repaired the damaged Automobile without obtaining Baoviet s consent which causes difficulty in loss assessment (except for necessary measures to maintain safety, minimize losses of human and damage to properties or for the observance of the competent authority s order; 7.3 Baoviet shall deduct from 50% to 100% of compensation liability in following circumstances: a. The Automobile Owner failed to preserve and transfer to Baoviet the right of recourse against third party with all necessary documents concerned thereof, failed to corporate with Baoviet to recourse such party or negotiated with the third party,on his own responsibility, causing losses to Baoviet b. The Automobile was dishonest in providing information, claim documents related to accidents. 7.4 Baoviet shall deduct the compensation liability by a percentage corresponding to the percentage of overloading (for vehicle not exceeding 50% of overload in accordance with regulation stipulated in certificate for technical safety and environment verification of the automobile) 7.5 Baoviet shall deduct the compensation liability by a proportion rate between the actual paid premium and the stipulated premium, in following circumstances: a. The Automobile Owner declared incorrectly in the proposal form (incorrect usage purpose of the Automobile), leading to insufficiency of charged insurance premium. b. The Automobile Owner failed to notify to the Insurer of increased risks, which requires additional premium (i.e.: changing usage purpose, reforming, upgrading to increase the Automobile value etc.) In case more than one compensation deductions are applicable, Baoviet shall choose the highest compensation deduction. Article 8: Coincident insurance upon Insurance Contracts (not applied to Chapter III) Where the same entity enters into two or more Insurance Contracts (Insurance Certificate), compensation settlement and compensation divisions shall be followed the hereunder principles: 4 /16

8.1. Compensation liability shall be determined on the basis of the conversion of all Insurance Policies into one assumed insurance policy of which the amount insured (insurance liability) is equal to the sum of the amounts insured (insurance liability) of all Insurance Policies. Compensation liability shall be applied as the following: a. Chapter II in case of Automobile Physical Insurance. b. Chapter IV in case of Insurance for Automobile Owner's civil liability to goods on the automobile. c. Insurance for civil liability to third person at voluntary level shall be calculated in accordance with provisions in the Compulsory Civil Liability Insurance Wording of Ministry of Finance and provisions in this Wording. 8.2. The division of claim payments over each Insurance Contract is calculated according to the proportion of the sum insured specified in that contract to the whole sums specified in all Insurance Contracts. 8.3 Other non-coincident conditions (if any) of each Insurance Contract will be solved solely according to each Insurance Contract. Article 9: Accident related to third party liability (no applied to Chapter III) Where the accident caused by other party s liability, the Automobile Owner shall exercise and preserve his rights of recourse against such party and transfer to Baoviet his rights of recovery together with all necessary documents concerned thereof and closely corporate with Baoviet to recourse such party within the compensation made by him. In case third party had made payment to the Automobile Owner, Baoviet shall pay the difference between compensation liability and received money by Automobile Owner. Article 10: The claim files The Owner, Claimant corporates with Baoviet to collect and submit the following documents: 10.1 Accident notice and Claim for compensation (the form ready made by Baoviet) 10.2 Copied versions of: the Certificate of Insurance, Certificate of automobile registration, Certificate of technical safety and environment verification of motor vehicles on the road traffic, Driving license (or legal document to prove driver s capability to control special vehicles); 10.3 Copy of documents defining accident causes and results: 5 /16

a. Copy of a set of accident file includes: Minutes of inspection at the scene of accident (attached the drawing of the accident site), Minutes of inspection of the automobile related to accident, Minutes of accident settlement; Police s accident final report; b. Judgement or decision of the Court (if any); c. Documents pertaining to third party liability (in case of accident related to third party) d. In circumstance of accident without Police attendance, the Automobile Owner shall in no time inform Baoviet (unless there is any reasonable excuse) to corporate in establishing necessary documents, collecting documents revealing accidents causes and results. 10.4 Documents defining loss or damage due to accident: a. The automobile and Property damage: documents defining the repair costs of automobile and properties such as: Fees for inspection report, lifting or towing the damaged automobile, repair costs and documents related to property value (if necessary) b. Personal loss: health documents defining the injury extent of a victim such as: Hospital check-in and check-out papers, treatment report, certificate of injury extent, certificate of death (in case of death)... c. Damage to goods: documents relating to value, original address of goods such as: agreement on transportation, stock-out invoice and document related to goods damage and loss such as stock-in invoice, trade invoice, liquidate invoice Article 11: The duration for claim, compensation and dispute settlement 11.1 The time limit for claim shall be 01 (one) year since the accident occurred. 11.2 Baoviet shall be liable to consider and settle the claim within 15 (fifteen) days after receiving full reasonable documents and not beyond 30 (thirty) days if the inspection of documents is needed. 11.3 The period of legal proceedings for the Insured shall be within 3 (three) years after the date of receiving payment or refuse to compensate from Baoviet. All claims shall be invalid after such period. 11.4 Any disputes arising out of the Insurance Contract shall be referred to a court in Viet Nam for settlement if Baoviet and the Automobile Owner failed to resolve that dispute by amicable negotiation. Article 12: Endorsements The Automobile Owner and Baoviet may agree on a writing endorsement in accordance with insurance provisions having insurable interests with wider coverage compared to this Wording or narrower to reduce insurance premium, following provisions in Appendixes of Chapter V Endorsements (upon the request of the Automobile Owner). 6 /16

Article 13: Scope of Insurance CHAPTER II AUTOMOBILE PHYSICAL DAMAGE INSURANCE 13.1 Baoviet will indemnify the Automobile Owner for any loss or damage to the automobile insured due to: a. Unforeseen accident and out of control of the Automobile Owner, Driver in the following events: Collision, overturning, dropping; Fire, explosion; being dropped, crashed by other objects. b. Force majeure: Storm, typhoon, flood, landslide, lightning, earthquake, hail, tsunami; c. The entire automobile is stolen. 13.2 Notwithstanding the above circumstances, Baoviet shall also reimburse the owner for any necessary and reasonable costs, expenses arising out of accident (maximum not exceeding 05 % of the sum insured ) for preventing, minimizing of further loss of the automobile, protecting and towing the damaged automobile to the nearest repair shop; assessment of damage. Article 14: Insurance Exclusions 14.1 Exclusions stipulated in Article 6 Chapter I. 14.2 Wear and tear; depreciation in quality or value, breakdown through defect or additional damage due to repair, during repair process (including test running). 14.3 Electrical breakdown or any equipment components, machines which is not due to accidents stated in Article 13 above. 14.4 Electrical or mechanic breakdown due to operation in the flooded area. 14.5 Damages to tires, canvas cover, logo unless damage occur to other parts of the automobile by the same cause and at the same time. 14.6 Partial loss due to theft. 14.7 The entire Automobile is stolen due to fraud, abuse of trust (unless otherwise agreed). 14.8 Losses to supplementary components, which were not assembled by the manufacturer (unless otherwise agreed). 14.9 Losses to specialized components in car (i.e. air conditioner or other electrical devices) unless damage occur to other parts of the Automobile by the same cause and at the same time. 7 /16

Article 15: The sum insured & Car value calculation 15.1 The Automobile Owner and Baoviet may decide a sum insured which is equal to or less than the actual value of the insured Automobile as stated in Article 16 bellow. 15.2 The actual value of the Automobile shall be calculated as following: a. New Automobile value should be equal to car price published (including VAT) by the vehicle manufacturing or assembly company on Vietnam market; or imported car price (including import duties, excise tax (if applicable) and VAT); b. Used Automobile value should: - be equal to 100% of newautomobile value, provided that Automobile s usage time is up to 1 year; - not be lower than 85% of newautomobile value, provided that Automobile s usage time is from over 1 year to 3 years; - not be lower than 70% of newautomobile value, provided that Automobile s usage time is from over 3 years to 6 years; - not be lower than 55% of new Automobile value, provided that Automobile s usage time is from over 6 years to 10 years; - not be lower than 40% of new Automobile value, provided that Automobile s usage time is over 10 years. If there is any evidence showing that the market value (of the insured Automobile) is lower than the value by calculation as above, the market value shall be applied. c. The time of usage shall be counted from the month of initial registration in Vietnam to the month of signing of Insurance Contract. For imported Automobile, which has been used in foreign countries, the time of usage shall be counted from January of manufacture year to the month of signing of Insurance Contract. Article 16: Compensation for damage Baoviet shall discharge the actual repair cost, replacement cost (if the repair is unable) of the damage part, or pay in cash the amount of the loss or damage base on the controlled expenses that would have paid for reinstate the damaged automobile. In case the damaged accessories or damaged automobile are admitted to have compensation (or replaced to a new one(s)) by Baoviet or Baoviet recovers the remained value of the damaged automobile by proportion as payment amount to the automobile s actual value (in case of under insurance, other insurance or compensation from third party). 8 /16

16.1 Partial damage compensation a. In case the sum insured of the automobile is less than the actual value thereof, the amount paid by Baoviet is calculated as a proportion of sum insured against the actual value of the automobile. b. If the old damaged part is replaced by the new one during the process of repair, the replacement cost of spare parts covered by insurance liability shall be equal to the actual cost of replacing such spare parts with depreciation deduction stipulated as bellow: - Deduct 0% of the new parts value, provided that Automobile s usage time is under 3 years; - Deduct 15% of the new parts value, provided that Automobile s usage time is from 3 years to under 6 years; - Deduct 25% of the new parts value, provided that Automobile s usage time is from 6 years to under 10 years; - Deduct35% of the new parts value, provided that Automobile s usage time is from 10 years to under 15 years; - Deduct 50% of the new parts value, provided that Automobile s usage time is over 15 years. Usage time is determined in accordance with the provisions of Article 15, Section 15.2.c of this Wording. c. In case there is more than 50% of painted surface damaged due to accident, Baoviet shall pay the cost of repainting the Automobile and on the calculation basis stipulated in item 16.1.a. 16.2 Total loss compensation The insured automobile shall be considered as total loss in the following cases: a. The damage is over 75% or the damaged automobile cannot be reinstated for safety operation, or the estimate repair cost is equal or over the actual value of the automobile. b. When it is reported as missing, theft, robbery (concluded by the authorized agencies). The total payment is equal to the actual value of the automobile immediately prior to the accident (damage) and shall not exceed the total sum insured mentioned in the Certificate of Insurance. 16.3 Deductible is the amount of losses that the Automobile Owner has to bear in each occurrence. Deductible is stipulated on the Certificate of Insurance/Insurance Contract given to the Automobile Owner. The minimum deductible is VND 500.000 9 /16

CHAPTER III ACCIDENT INSURANCE OF DRIVER AND PASSENGERS Article 17: Subject insured scale. Bodily injury to the driver and passengers on an automobile. These persons are injured on an automobile or getting on/ off the automobile during joining traffic. Article 18: Exclusions 18.1 Acts by the insured person deliberately causing damage; 18.2 Insured person drive the automobile having no proper driving license (or legal document to prove driver s capability to control special vehicles). 18.3 Accidents occur outside the territory of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Article 19: Insurable interest 19.1 If there is a death of the insured person, the whole reimbursed sum shall be specified in the Certificate of Insurance. 19.2 In case of bodily injury of the insured person a. The insured sum of not exceeding VND 50 million: shall be paid in accordance with the Insurance Payment Proportion Table promulgated together with the Decision No. 1417/QD/TGD/2012 dated May 9 nd, 2012 of Baoviet Insurance Corporation. b. The insured sum of over VND 50 million: - Temporary disability: shall be paid under the reasonable actual medical expenditures and added expenditures (not exceeds 0.1% of the sum insured per day) for the injured person within the treatment period, but not to exceed proportion stipulated in the Insurance Payment Proportion Table promulgated together with the Decision No. 1417/QD/TGD/2012 dated May 9 nd, 2012 of Baoviet Insurance Corporation. - Permanent disability: shall be paid in accordance with proportion stipulated in the above mentioned Table. 19.3 At the time of accident, the number of persons on the automobile (excluded less-than-7-yearold children) higher than number of the insured specified in the Certificate of insurance, the amount of compensation shall be reduced to such proportion as the number of the insured to the actual number of persons on the automobile. 10 /16

Article 20: Scope of insurance CHAPTER IV CARRIER S LIABILITY INSURANCE Liabilty of Automobile Owner for damage to goods in transit in accordance with the Civil Code in following circumstances: collision, overturning, dropping; sinking; fire, explosion; being dropped, crashed by other objects; force majeure i.e. storm, typhoon, flood, landslide, lightning, earthquake, hail, tsunami; 20.1 Notwithstanding the above, Baoviet shall also reimburse the Automobile Owner all necessary and reasonable expenses for: a. Prevention, minimization of damage to goods, b. Preservation, unloading, storage or warehousing of the goods in transit as a consequence of accident, c. Assessment of losses and damage covered by this insurance 20.2 Baoviet shall enlarge the scope of cover for goods belonging to the Automobile Owner. Article 21: Exclusions 21.1 Violation of exclusions stipulated in Article 6 Chapter I; 21.2 Theft, burglary or deficiency of goods. Goods are incorrect in types, specifications and descriptions and numeral codes of goods; 21.3 Natural deterioration of goods; 21.4 Illegal goods; goods seized by competent Authorities or goods damaged by delay, except for the delay caused by accident; 21.5 Goods is burnt that was not due to fault of transportation party, death of animals due to weather, epidemic decease or quarantine; 21.6 Jewels, precious stones; cash, any kinds of printed paper, bills which are valid as cash; antique, rare painting; Corpse, remains; 21.7 Loss or damages to goods resulting from disproportion, collision thereof during conveyance unless such loss or damages were due to crash, collision, overturning, dropping of the Automobile. 11 /16

Article 22: Deductibles Deductibles of 0.5% of liability limit and at least VND 2,000,000/occurrence (The Automobile Owner shall bear part of the damage by himself). Article 23: Value of Goods Value of goods is fixed at the time, place before it has taken on the Automobile and shall not exceed the actual market value at the same time and the same place. CHAPTER V SUPPLEMENTARY CONDITIONS FOR AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE The automobile owner may add one or more supplementary conditions to enlarge insurance coverage or to lower the insurance premium. In order to request for supplementary conditions, the automobile owner needs to fill all the information required in the Proposal Form for Baoviet to calculate a corresponding premium and indemnity. Supplementary conditions are shown in the Certificate of Insurance (in Supplementary Conditions section) Upon supplementary requests and on payment for insurance premium in accordance with stipulations in Automobile Premium Table (issued together with Decision No. 567/BHBV/QĐ- TGĐ/2015 dated March 19 th, 2015 by Chief Executive Officer Chairman of the committee of BaoViet Insurance Corporation), Baoviet shall place insurance for the following supplementary conditions: 1. Optional Third party Liability Insurance (Appendix No.01/BHBV-XCG): Baoviet shall accept to insure against third party liability which exceeds the compulsory liability stipulated by the Ministry of Finance. Insurable interests: 1.1 Human injury and loss: indemnity amount will be first paid according to Circular 126/2008/TT- BTC dated 22/12/2008 and Circular 151/2012/TT-BTC dated 12/09/2012 issued by The Ministry of Finance. Then, the remaining amount will be paid in accordance with Optional Third party Liability Insurance, as follows: 12 /16

a. Optional liability of up to VND 70 million: Compensation for the optional liability shall be paid in accordance with the Insurance Payment Proportion Table issued together with Decision No. 1417/2012/QĐ/TGĐ-BHBV dated May 9th, 1993 of Baoviet. b. Optional liability of more than VND 70 million: Compensation for the optional liability exceeding VND 70 million shall be paid for, upon the actual and reasonable damage (not exceeding the reconciling amount), in case that the Automobile Owner has to indemnify an actual amount, upon extent of fault, of more than VND 140 million. 1.2 Property damage: a. Damaged value of less than VND 70 million: Compensation shall be paid in accordance with stipulations of the Ministry of Finance. b. Damaged value of more than VND 70 million: Compensation shall be determined base on the actual damage and to the extent of Automobile Owner s fault. 1.3 In case of two or more insurance contracts, item 1.1 and item 1.2b shall be applied together with provision in Article 8 of this Wording. 1.4 Other provisions: applied in accordance with the Insurance Regulation for Automobile Owner s civil liability issued together with Circular No.126/2008/TT-BTC dated December 22 nd 2008 and Circular No. 151/2012/TT-BTC dated September 12 th, 2012. 2. Non-depreciation for Spare parts Insurance (Appendix No.2/BHBV-XCG) Upon supplementary requests and on payment of additional premium by the Automobile Owner, Baoviet shall place insurance for following supplementary condition: - Remove regulation of partial loss compensation at the Section 16 Point 16.1.b Automobile Insurance Wording. - Enlarge the insurance coverage: Materials, spare parts covered by insurance liability are able to be upgraded without being charged for any deduction or depreciation for upgrading. Other terms and conditions of this Automobile Insurance Wording remain unchanged. 3. Operation Interruption Insurance (Appendix No.03/BHBV-XCG) Upon request and on payment of addition premium by the Automobile Owner, Baoviet shall enlarge coverage for losses of operation interruption due to automobile accident as follows: - In case that the insured Automobile is seized by the competent authorities or is being repaired as consequence of an accident covered by this policy, Baoviet shall be charged the fees paid by the Insured for hiring another vehicle. 13 /16

- The maximum liability shall not exceed the limit of liability per day multiplied by 30 days. Baoviet shall be responsible for the hiring fees incurred from the forth (4 th ) day after the occurrence of the insured accident or the seizure. - This endorsement is not applicable unless the Automobile Owner is covered under third party liability insurance and/or participating Automobile Physical Damage Insurance at Baoviet. Other terms and conditions of this Automobile Insurance Wording remain unchanged. 4. Repair at Optional Garage Insurance (Appendix No.04/BHBV-XCG) Upon request and on payment of addition premium by the Automobile Owner, Baoviet agrees to give the right for the Automobile Owner to appoint workshop to repair (repair shop). The appointed repair shop shall be determined at the time of signing the Insurance Contract or at the time of accident. Baoviet shall not insure for Automobile with over 5 year old since its manufacture year. Other terms and conditions of this Automobile Insurance Wording remain unchanged. 5. Automobile Deductible Insurance (Appendix No.05/BHBV-XCG) Upon request of the Automobile Owner to bear deductible higher than standard, Baoviet shall offer discount rate for the Automobile Owner. The deductible shall be stipulated in the Certificate of insurance/policy/insurance Contract and shall be applied on following basis: - In case that the damage is less than or equal to the deductible, the Automobile Owner shall bear all costs - In case that he damage is greater than the deductible, Baoviet shall pay the difference between actual damage and the deductible. This condition is only applicable for Automobile insured by Automobile Physical Damage Insurance at Baoviet. Other terms and conditions of this Automobile Insurance Wording remain unchanged. 6. Insurance for accident occurring outside the territory of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Appendix No.06/BHBV-XCG) Upon request and on the payment of addition premium by the Automobile Owner, Baoviet shall insure with supplementary condition as below: - Remove provision at Section 6.6, Article 6 Automobile insurance wordings Exclusion of accidents occur out of the territory of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. 14 /16

- Enlarge the insurance coverage: Baoviet shall indemnify for losses and damage as a consequence of accident occurring outside the territory of Vietnam and in China, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand. Other terms and conditions of this Automobile Insurance Wording remain unchanged. 7. Limited Liability Insurance (Appendix No.07/BHBV-XCG) Upon request and the payment of addition premium by the Automobile Owner, Baoviet shall insure with supplementary condition as below: - Remove provision partial loss compensation at the Article 16 Section 16.1.a Automobile Insurance Wording. - The sum insured shall be defined lower than actual market value. The remaining value is selfcovered by the Automobile Owner. In case of accident covered under this policy, the compensation amount shall be equal to such amount of the automobile, which sum insured is its actual value (for partial damage) or corresponding to the sum insured (for total loss). Other terms and conditions of this Automobile Insurance Wording remain unchanged. 8. Stolen Component Insurance (Appendix No.08/BHBV-XCG) Upon request and on payment of addition premium by the Automobile Owner, Baoviet shall insure with supplementary condition as below: - Remove provision partial loss due to theft at the Article 14 Section 14.6 Automobile Insurance Wording. - Expanded coverage: Baoviet shall indemnify for the stolen/robbery component to the maximum: + 02 times in 12-months to 18 months-years contract (Stolen Component Insurance is not applicable to less-than-1-year contract) + 03 times in more-than-18-months contract. Deductible: 20% of compensation amount and at least VND 2,000,000. Other additional deduction which has been specified in the insurance contract (if any) shall not apply. Other terms and conditions of this Automobile Insurance Wording remain unchanged. 9. Flooded Automobile Insurance (Appendix No.09/BHBV-XCG) Upon request and payment of addition premium by the Automobile Owner, Baoviet shall insure with supplementary condition as below: 15 /16

- Remove provision at Article 14 Section 14.4 Automobile Insurance Wording - Electrical or mechanic breakdown due to operation in the flooded area. - Baoviet shall indemnify for enginery or electrical damages of the Automobile, caused by operating in the flooded area due to action of the driver, if the Automobile is insured in Automobile Physical Damage Insurance at Baoviet (not applicable for hull automobile insurance - partial insurance) Deductible: 20% of compensation amount and at least VND 3,000,000. Other additional deduction which has been specified in the Insurance Contract (if any) shall not be applied. Other terms and conditions of this Automobile Insurance Wording remain unchanged. 10. Other supplementary conditions (Appendix No.10/BHBV-XCG) Apart from the above supplementary conditions, the Automobile Owner and Baoviet may agree to enlarge insurance coverage upon requests of the Automobile Owner and on acceptance of Baoviet.
