Investing in Future Business Leaders Prodigy Finance bonds fund talented international students attending the world s top business schools, through an innovative community loan programme. About us Since 2007, Prodigy Finance has been revolutionizing student finance. Our innovative model offers loans to international postgraduate students at leading universities and business schools. Through our community platform, alumni and other investors earn competitive returns, while students gain access to higher education they otherwise could not afford. We leverage the power of the alumni base to invest in the next class of MBA graduates. to date $205M INVESTED funding over 3090 STUDENTS from 111 COUNTRIES with over 99% REPAYMENT Verena Butt Current Investor, INSEAD MBA 07 David Simpson Admissions Director, London Business School Emma Buckland Prodigy Loan Recipient, Cranfield MBA, 2013 Class President What, in your opinion, makes the Prodigy model revolutionary? The Prodigy Finance solution is revolutionary because it really increases the depth and access to higher education for international students through a financial solution that is pertinent to traditional investors... it is a true example of a win/win situation. What do you think the impact of an international loan programme has been? The impact has been huge. We know that we re recruiting students who, without the loan, might not have been able to join us. So for us the ability for those students to access this funding has meant that we ve recruited some brilliant people who might not be in the class otherwise. What would you like to say to the investors who funded your studies? A massive thank you to everybody who s helped fund my studies. It s genuinely not an exaggeration to say that if it weren t for the Prodigy scheme, I wouldn t have been able to do the Cranfield MBA programme. It has been transforming for me. Schemes like this give people like me opportunities to really fulfill our ambitions and hopefully go out to do great things in the world. As featured in

Up to 65% of top MBAs need funding but banks struggle to lend internationally. Banks cannot price foreign risk nor enforce repayment across borders. Traditional lending models only assess historical indicators (e.g. past salary or current assets), ignoring likely salary increases after business school. The 2008 credit crunch aggravated these problems; governments cut education funding, and banks pulled out of student lending.

Our Revolutionary Model In our community finance model, the school community funds the next generation of MBAs. Investments from school endowments, institutions, and other impact investors help supplement funding. Investors support students at their alma mater (or another school) and earn a competitive financial return. Schools obtain the best students (regardless of financial need) and increase diversity. Students receive funding for business school and connect with the school community. The Prodigy Community Our global community of investors and student borrowers is comprised of talented business leaders. Investors Our investors are a combination of alumni, members of the school community, and non-alumni looking for socially responsible investments. Students Our students come from 111 nationalities and benefit considerably from their business degrees. Top MBAs experience salary increases of c. 112% after graduating, often working at top firms. Why it Works We combine innovation with industry best practice, to ensure exceptional performance: 99% repayment to date. Borderless loans Funding and legal enforcement of loans for students from 150 different nationalities. Localised risk screening Country-specific risk assesment of every applicant worldwide. Community enforcement Each student s repayment status is shown to the investors, providing social pressure to repay. Predictive scorecard Model built on thousands of data points assesses future earning potential and thus, loan affordability. Individual loan assessments Personalised interest rates and loan sizing. Diversified, premium assets Globally diverse, top MBA students with excellent job prospects after graduation. Schools We focus on top-ranked business schools. To date, we have launched loan programmes at sixty leading universities, and are now expanding to other institutes in Asia, Africa, Europe, and North America. Supported Schools

As in the Chinese saying fuel delivered on a snowy day, Prodigy Finance gave me a hand when I needed it most, opening a new world for me. - Bo Luo, Chinese/English Prodigy loan recipient, MBA 2010

Our Social Impact We focus on developing country students, supporting business leaders where they re needed most. UP TO 80% of our borrowers had no alternative funding options. UP TO 130% increase in salary for developing world nationals, markedly higher than the increase for developed world citizens. UP TO 75% of our borrowers come from the developing world; with two-thirds returning home within 5 years of graduation.

Our Investment Structure The bond is issued by a Special Purpose Vehicle, MBA Community Loans plc, and is listed on the Irish Stock Exchange. Investments are made into a school-specific single class of students, meaning performance is independent of other schools or classes. The bond's return is related to the repayment performance of the students. Individual defaults would incrementally affect the return. Investors may elect to invest in one school or across multiple schools. Student Loans Base + c.7.5% (Range 5.5-9%) MBA Community Loans Special Purpose Vehicle $ Investor Bonds Base + competitive financial return
