S.A.R.A. Rides.. Mission is to coordinate and expand new and existing transportation services within Yuma County and its surrounding areas in a safe, affordable, reliable and accessible manner. This will be done through a centralized one-call-one-click call center, that will provide one number and a website to access several transportation providers with ability to book trips online It is an affordable alternative to access services in one location, for those living in the urban and rural areas of Yuma County.

Mobility Management SARA Rides is a mobility management effort, STS utilizes ADOT funding in conjunction with YMPO for the coordinated efforts in the region. The Mobility Manager ensures that human Services transportation coordination aims to improve transportation services for persons with disabilities, seniors, and individuals with lower incomes in addition to educating the general public by, ensuring that communities coordinate transportation resources through multiple federal programs. Mobility Management consists of short-range planning, management activities and projects for improving coordination among public transportation and other transportation service providers with the intent of expanding the availability of services. Promotes the enhancement and facilitation of access to transportation services, including the integration and coordination of services. Supports state and local coordination planning and policy bodies such as regional partnering agencies and funding partners.
