Objective Offer an affordable program to authorized Meistergram dealers to secure in-stock showroom demonstrator models. Not having dealers use their operating capital to finance total cost of equipment. Not having dealers use or draw on any bank lines of credit. Having the ability to sell this equipment at any time. Having a affordable finance plan for showroom equipment. Ability to have Meistergram equipment at dealer location for demonstration and sale or lease at all times. Having the ability to offer attractive Lease to Own Programs to their customers. Benefits Having the capability to demonstrate the superior quality of the Meistergram equipment in your showroom environment rather than a machine brochure. Makes a solid first time impression and provides instant credibility to your prospect. Ability to have increased control over the sales process. Conserves cash. Eliminates the need to borrow funds from bank for showroom / demonstrator equipment. Keeps lines of credit intact and does not require any further collateral or restrictive covenants. Always have the most current model on showroom floor. Sell the showroom model and replace it (on lease) with the newest model. To be a one stop shop and offer your customers equipment and on the spot finance programs. The Total Solution!

1. Dealer Lease Program for Meistergram: 1-4 machines $5,250 - $40,000 Average package: $20,000 No down payment for established dealers (been in business more than 2 years). If new business startup down payment of 20% may be required. 1 st and last payment and documentation fees due in advance. Leased machine (s) can be substituted for at any time during the life of the lease for a like machine of equal or greater value. This means that the dealer may sell the leased demonstration equipment as long as a new piece of equipment replaces it before the original equipment is shipped to a customer. A documentation fee of $199 will be required for refilling the UCC documents and amending the lease. Lease Program based on 60 month lease with 10% Purchase Option. Dealer must pass credit approval and specific monthly payment will be based on Omni s review of dealers credit. If a dealer wishes to transfer the lease to a customer, they may do so by paying a documentation fee of $199. The customer must take over the lease for the remainder of payments and must pass credit approval. Since the lease is at dealer price, the dealer would make their profit by having the customer pay them directly. Dealer must have completed and submitted Vendor Profile form to Omni Leasing Corporation. 2. In the case of multiple machines in the dealer program, Omni will do an individual lease on each piece of equipment so that the equipment can be substituted for easily or the lease can be transferred to a customer, a documentation fee of $199 will be required with each dealer lease.

Program Implementation Dealer is invited to complete a standard Omni Leasing credit application. Consew to supply copy of sales order to Omni Leasing Upon approval, documents will be sent to dealer for signature. Dealer will sign documents and send back to Omni with first and last payments with documentation filing fees. Upon receipt of signed dealer documents with advance payments, Omni will place equipment order based on dealer cost to Consew. The leasing program begins when equipment is received. Once the equipment is received, Omni will then forward the payment to Consew. When demonstration unit is sold, dealer will order new unit ( equal or greater value) and supply serial number to Omni to substitute on lease, along with $199.00 documentation and filing fee. Omni will revise the lease to reflect the new equipment and release the original unit. Dealer ships the demonstration unit to their customer and invoices customer for same. Dealer and customers once again enjoy the benefit of having new showroom demonstrator and in stock equipment.

Summary It is Consew dba Meistergram and Omni Leasing Corporation s wish to build a solid and mutually beneficial long term relationship between the two companies and the dealer network. Developing and offering this leasing program for dealers is a first step on Omni s part to start the process of building the relationship. Omni Leasing Corporation s only business is to offer Leasing Programs for capital equipment. We view this program as a wise and smart investment in assisting the dealers in obtaining equipment for a small monthly payment. In turn we believe that the Meistergram dealers will be better equipped to compete in the marketplace and simply put Close More Sales! It is our hope that we all receive an eventual Return on Investment Our intention is to work very diligently to close additional sales by offering aggressive leasing programs and promotions. In exchange we request that you will support Omni Leasing by providing us the First Opportunity on all of your equipment leasing business. We understand that if one of your customers or future prospects already enjoys a positive relationship with another leasing company and they wish to use them, it s fine with us. It is not our intention to lose business or any sales opportunity for the dealer or Meistergram. Omni is committed to you and your customers and stands ready to assist in offering any additional materials, training, leasing sales aids or advice when needed. All you have to do is ask! It is our goal to prove our worthiness through our performance. Thanks for the opportunity, Ron Emerman Omni Leasing Corporation
