Recognition procedure Foreign citizens who have completed undergraduate study programme abroad may enroll in the first year of the Bologna Master s study programme if they complete the procedure of recognition of foreign undergraduate education. Application required documents For the completed application procedure, candidates are required to submit the following documents: Completed, printed and handwritten Application form. Verified copy of Bachelor s degree certificate (for 1st Cycle Bologna Graduate) (translated in English or Slovene language). Original Transcript of records from the Bachelor s programme (translated in Slovene or. English). The decision on the recognition or proof, that candidate has started with the procedure of the recognition of prior education. Motivation letter (approximately 500 words) and certificate of advanced English language skills. Process of recognition of education Foreign citizens who have completed undergraduate study programme abroad may enroll in the first year of the Bologna Master s study programme if they complete the procedure of recognition of foreign undergraduate education. Candidate can start the procedure before or after the application, but as soon as possible, due to the fact that the procedure takes month to be finish. The decision of recognition can be obtained through the University of Ljubljana, with the submission of: N-Form, a legalized original diploma, English or. Slovene translation of the diploma, annual report cards / transcript of records (evidence on the contents and duration of education in English language), a short chronological description of the entire education prepared by candidate. Transfer to FELU Who can apply as a transfer student? Students of foreign universities, who would like to transfer into higher study years in order to continue their studies at the University of Ljubljana You will have to apply within due dates for Application for transferring to higher study year (defined with the Call for Enrolment for 2015/16 academic year), which will last from 1 September 2015 to 17 September 2015. Tuition fee for 2015/2016 Master degree Programme (2 years) Tuition fee for the school year 2015/16 is 2,952.10 / year* *Tuition fee for programmes: Master in International Business, Master in Banking and Financial Management, Master in Money and Finance, Master in Economics, Master in Business Informatics, Master in Quantitative Finance and Actuarial Sciences, Master in Tourism. The tuition fee can be paid all at once or in three instalments.

Tuition fee for 2015/2016 The following students do not have to pay any tuition fees for full-time graduate courses, unless if in the process of recognition of education it is determined that student`s education equals the university level diploma (level VII of education - bologna master) and for that reason a student is (in accordance with the Slovenian law on funding the study) required to pay the tuition fee regardless of the type of study (full time or part time): Citizens of EU Member States; Citizens of countries with which the Republic of Slovenia has concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements on cooperation in the field of education (Montenegro, Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia). Foreign citizens residing in the Republic of Slovenia who (or their parents/guardians) are taxable persons in the Republic of Slovenia; Slovenians without Slovenian citizenship; Students of exchange programmes at higher education institutions who are enroled in the Lifelong Learning programme; Scholarship holders of the ministry competent for higher education or of an authorised provider of such scholarships (CMEPIUS). Original Transcript of records from the Bachelor s programme Transcript of records is a document listing the course units or modules taken, the credits gained, and the grades awarded for the entire undergraduate studies. Certificate issues the faculty where student has graduated. Candidates applying to a master programme offered in English language are required to submit the letter of motivation in English language (approximately 500 words) and the certificate of advanced English language skills. Instead of the international certificate attesting knowledge of the English language (such as TOEFL, IELTS, GMAT, etc.) candidate can submit a certificate of attending student exchange programme, offered in English language (Erasmus exchange, summer school etc.) or similar.
