Refunds and Cancellations No refunds will be made after the first class unless the class is discontinued by Southern Hills CTC. GENERAL INFORMATION Age Requirements Adults must be 16 years of age or older to enroll in an Adult Education class. Those enrolled in an area high school must provide evidence of good standing from the high school. Check each class for enrollment criteria. The Youth Enrichment programs are designed for children ages 7-13. Withdrawals Withdrawals from classes must be completed before the first class for a full refund, less a $10.00 processing fee. Withdrawals must be made in person. Allow at least six weeks for any refunds. Additional Offerings Our intent is to serve our community. If you are interested in another course that is not offered, please contact the Adult Education Office. Your name will be placed in our interest file, and when we have sufficient interest, we will attempt to offer the course you have requested. Certificate A certificate of completion will be awarded to each student successfully completing the course requirements per satisfaction of the instructor. Manufacturing is central to America s economic strength and offers many jobs that are some of the best in the country. This course utilizes the Manufacturing Skill Standards Council (MSSC) curriculum and credentialing to cover the four critical production functions: Safety, Quality & Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing Processes & Production and Maintenance Awareness. After successful completion of each of the four modules, students will take an assessment for certification.
