INFINITY ROOFING & SIDING STORM DAMAGE SPECIALIST We Specialize in Insurance Restoration. We are Storm Damage Specialists.

A quick note from Infinity Roofing & Siding: Thank you for taking the time to consider Infinity Roofing & Siding, a family owned and operated company with strong core values that have guided us to experience much success. We realized from the beginning that our customers were more important than the profits; and as long as our customers are happy, then naturally we would make a little money. Customer service is on the forefront of our commitment to provide you and your property with the best possible experience. Infinity Roofing & Siding was founded over 10 years ago and is still operating under the same name. The President, Derek Lindsey, has over 18 years of experience in the Roofing Industry. Throughout his 18 year career, Mr. Lindsey, has been the recipient of many Industry Leading Awards both individually and as a company. Infinity Roofing & Siding has developed a proven business model with a tremendous amount of experience in all aspects of roof replacement; both Residential and Commercial. Our Recovery Response Teams, along with our vast resources enable us to respond immediately to severe weather events. These valuable assets give us the ability to help storm victims recover and restore their property quickly and efficiently following these severe storm events. Infinity Roofing & Siding has worked hard to earn and build solid relationships with the leading national material manufacturers and suppliers. These relationships ensure we have first priority at purchasing material when others may have a hard time placing an order and waiting on material to become available. These relationships also allow us to offer superior product warranties above and beyond what is considered to be industry standard. We have the qualifications and certifications to offer product warranties that only 3% of all roofing contractors can offer, and we take great pride in this significant advantage. Infinity Roofing & Siding remains financially sound and has a remarkable credit rating. This is why we do not require any form of down payment to get your project started. Essentially we do not need to borrow money from our customers in order to purchase materials to get started! The following pages will provide you with some useful information to consider in making your decision to choose the best contractor for your project. We appreciate the opportunity and hope that we can earn your business! Sincerely, The Infinity Roofing & Siding Team

INFINITY ROOFING & SIDING #39 #32 Company DEDICATION The contractors on Roofing Contractor's Top 100 list know what it takes to remain successful in tough times and in good times. Tom Watts is the associate editor of Roofing Contractor. Top 150 [ R E M O D E L I N G 550 ] Top 150 Roofing Contractors COMPANY NAME Insurance Restoration jody wesley, owner of United Services (USPRO), calls what his company does emergency room remodeling, which is a good analogy. For restoration contractors, who arrive in the aftermath of a fire, flood, twister, or other disaster, rebuild barely begins to describe the range of services they provide. Fires, floods, and storms generate the biggest proportion of work at many operations. Many handle both commercial and residential work, COMPANY LOCATION which is more seasonal. Fires tend to happen when the weather cools. Greg Bowles, co-owner of Bowles Construction, in Augusta, Ga., says what he calls fire season generally runs from about Nov. 1 through March. DISASTER DOLLARS But big spurts in business also come from sudden storms. This spring, for instance, USPRO had more calls than it could handle after a series of storms NO. OF JOBS AVG. Kent Construction Co. Chicago 857,000 8 107,125 tore through the Central Illinois market. We had 100 new claims in two weeks, Wesley says, and fortunately he has a network of local subcontractors who can be counted on when disaster insurance claims suddenly multiply. Natural disasters are the wild-card, but can quickly bump up revenues, so some companies, such as Aspen Contracting, are organized to go where disaster strikes. President Pat Nussbeck says that Aspen, which is based in Lee s Summit, Mo., is licensed in 42 states, and has a sophisticated phone network to ensure that homeowners can reach the company even when power is out and phone lines are down. Regional weather events also provide the greatest portion of business for companies such as Construction Masters Roofing, in Little Rock, Ark., where owner Maro Croff says that the chance of a roof being damaged by a tornado or a wind or hail storm is greater than its simply wearing out. RAPID RESPONSE A recent spate of damaging storms and floods has tempted builders and remodelers outside the industry to get a piece of this seemingly steady business. Anybody who has a ladder is in the business now, says Nussbeck. But contractors who specialize in restoration point out that it s tough to enter. Not only must they be masters of paperwork, rapid response both when providing an estimate and when actually doing the remediation and rebuilding is essential, as is the ability to cover costs until an insurance check is issued. And code changes are pushing up construction costs in many areas. But for those who are established, restoration has almost been recession-proof. Greg Bowles, whose company for many years divided its efforts between remodeling and restoration, last year switched exclusively to insurance work. We went cold turkey, he says. EPA Lead-Safe Certified

The PROCESS Step by step, we will walk you through it all. 1. Free Inspections 2. We will explain to you the best method to notify your insurance company that you may have damage. 3. The insurance company sends out an adjuster to protect their interest! We can be present when your insurance rep. comes to inspect the property. Our goal as your roofing contractor would be to explain the condition of your roof.

UNDERSTAND THE URGENCY Don t Lose your recoverable depreciation! Most insurance companies have time limits to get the work completed.

The REPAIR Step 1. First we strip off the entire roof, sometimes down to the plywood. Then our team inspects for loose or rotted wood and will replace or repair as needed. (Up to two sheets are included). Step 2. We install an enamel finished, metal drip edge in a color to match as close as possible to the fascia or roof color. Step 3. We start with the right underlayment. Depending on local code and climate conditions, ice & water shield may be necessary. We then install a 15, 30, or synthetic roof underlayment. Step 4. We install a professional starter strip. Step 5. We install quality shingles, choosing the right shingle can increase the value of your home.

The Wrap Up! We then send in a final invoice for your insurance company. Allowing them to release the depreciation and any supplemental items that may have been missed on the initial settlement. When the roof is finished we do a final check of the roof, the flashings and the caps. Then we use our large rolling magnet to sweep the area for strayed nails. We are now ready for the walk around. If every-thing looks good we get your approval on our homeowners approval form and collect the first check which was sent to you by the insurance company. We then send in a final invoice to the insurance company allowing them to release the deprecation and any supplements.
