One key motivating factor for regional expansion which remains relevant to this day is the need to diversify away from Zimbabwe s country risk. NDI has taken a portfolio approach regarding its regional investments. Underwritten on an asset based policy wording incorporating buildings, office conents, stock in trade, etc. against fire, consequential loss and most types of crime related risks such as burglary and theft of money, and accidental damage types of risks.
