Moved PHCS 105 to Second Semester to lighten load Took out CIS 115 because of CIS 105 Replaced CIT 120 with CIT 115 CIT 120 is now an elective. Took out CIT 140 and replaced with CIT elective CIT 174 is fading out, so we took it out and replaced with a CIT elective Associate of Applied Science Web Analyst (Jason Cooper) Jason Cooper discussed the new curriculum and explained all the changes. Java is the main focus of this program The CWD courses have all been re-numbered Associate of Applied Science Information Network Security Specialist (Eddie Horton) Eddie Horton discussed the new curriculum and explained all the changes. Added Security electives CIT 112 added because more hardware experience is needed Removed CWD 210 and added CIT 210 Removed CIT 120 and replaced with Security elective Removed CIT 240 and replaced with Security elective Created an Advanced Linux Course focusing on servers Associate of Applied Science Computer Information Systems (Paul Weaver) Paul Weaver discussed the new curriculum and explained all the changes. Associate of Applied Science Programmer Analyst (Tom Hopkins) Tom Hopkins discussed the new curriculum and explained all the changes. Removed Software Applications and Visual Basic Courses CIT 130 will be teaching more HTML

Added different electives for a variety of choices for the students CIS 102 is using Alice and Python Associate of Applied Science Information Network Specialist (Jason Cooper) Jason Cooper discussed the new curriculum and explained all the changes. The Mainframe course was deleted Added Security electives, Cyber electives and Network electives CIS 102 is now a required course in this area X. Committee on National Security Systems Update Managed between the Department of Homeland Security and National Security Agency Approved to offer certifications in CNSS 4011 and 4012 August 2011 application for CNSS 4013 and 4014 December 2011 application for Center for Academic Excellence 2 year August 2010 application for CNSS 4015 and 4016 ATMAE Accreditation Recommended to the accreditation board in November 2011 that we be accredited in the following programs:

XIII. Action Items Action Item 1: Inclusion of Engineering in the annual advisory board meeting. Action Item 2: Creation of an Engineering subcommittee. Action Item 3: Update to the Advisory Committee Charter to include terms of service for advisory board members. Advisory Board Charter update Currently membership is stated as: III.
