Jon Herrick - Senior Vice President Cayman Islands Jon Herrick joined the predecessor of Intertrust, Walkers Management Services, in 2011 as Senior Vice President and Head of SPV Services. He manages the firm s SPV group and provides director, trustee and related administration services to private equity funds, special purpose vehicles and holding companies in a variety of locations including the British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Delaware, Dubai, Hong Kong and Ireland. Prior to joining Walkers Management Services, Jon worked for Morgan Stanley for eight years. Most recently, he was an Executive Director in Fixed Income, where he was the Head of the New York Distressed Debt Documentation Group, and the trading desk lawyer for the Corporate Credit Group in New York. Up to 2009, Jon was in-house legal counsel at Morgan Stanley, first in Tokyo and then in New York, and provided legal coverage and advice to a wide range of fixed income and institutional equity businesses. Before Morgan Stanley, Jon was in-house legal counsel at Commerz Securities (Commerzbank) in Tokyo. Prior to Commerz Securities, Jon worked for Wilde Sapte (now SNR Denton), where he qualified and practised as a finance lawyer in London and Tokyo. Rachael provides director, trustee and related administration services to a wide range of private equity funds, special purpose vehicles and structures involved in structured finance transactions, including asset finance, Islamic finance, CDOs/CLOs, securitisations, repackagings and MTN programmes. Rachael reviews and approves all related transaction documentation and manages one of the four teams within the SPV group. Rachael brings wideranging experience in all aspects of structured finance transactions, and before joining Walkers Management Services, worked for Deutsche Bank (Cayman) Limited as a Senior Corporate Officer where she established and administered a large portfolio of special purpose vehicles involved in structured finance transactions.
