Claims Timeline & Expectations Step #1: Contact Emergency Restoration Company as per pre existing protocol Step #2: Review Emergency Restoration Company s estimates (should be provided within 24 48 hours) with Broker to determine if making an insurance claim Step #3: Depending on severity of water damage, clean up can take 1 3 weeks, to ensure drying is complete Claims Timeline & Expectations Step #4: Restoration will begin after emergency clean up is completed, although there will be a delay while the appropriate paperwork (building permits, permissions of all parties, selection of replacement materials, organization of trades) is completed Step #5: Length of time to complete restoration will be dependent on severity of loss and area affected, but Restoration Company will provide timeline for expectations 10
