Investment Highlights Pro-mineral exploration and mining province with already nearby infrastructure. Large, consolidated land package near one of the largest and highest-grade nickel deposits in the world. Equitas is the first company since the Voisey s Bay discovery to own a large scaled land package. Highly under-explored region that with new-age technology offers a high potential for new discoveries. One single drill hole recorded on the entire 23,386 hectares, drill hole verified the suitability of the region to host a Voisey s Bay-style deposit. 10+ year old EM airborne survey went to depths of 70metres, VTEM Plus allowed us to see to 350metres. Phase 1 exploration program completed. Included industry leading VTEM Plus airborne survey. Completed VTEM survey resulted in Equitas identifying nine nickel-copper sulphide targets. Drilling program has been commenced which includes ground geophysics + 4000m drill program. 2 www.equitasresources.com OCT 13, 2015
