Nelson Rusche College of Business Your College The Nelson Rusche College of Business, or Rusche Business, enrolls more than 1,600 majors in four academic areas: Gerald W. Schlief School of Accountancy Department of Business Communication and Legal Studies Department of Economics and Finance Department of Management, Marketing, and International Business Your School With enrollment averaging 400 students per semester, the Gerald W. Schlief School of Accountancy offers you an outstanding and comprehensive program of study. Since 1942, almost 4,000 accounting degrees have been awarded at SFA. Graduates are employed in successful careers both nationally and internationally, working in public accounting, industry, government and education. The program covers concepts of financial accounting, managerial accounting, and information systems for accounting and management. Students also gain critical knowledge in the areas of auditing and taxation. Other course options include not-for-profit/governmental and oil and gas accounting.
