Computer and Internet Usage Questionnaire Within our Comenius School Partnership project entitled "Recipe for 1st century life" we wanted to survey teachers and students habits of using computers and the Internet. We created an online questionnaire http://tinyurl.com/internetsurv and asked both students and teachers at each school to answer the questions. Altogether 36 students and 19 teachers from six partner schools were involved in this project task. I. Background information The distribution of genders among the pupils was almost equal: 179 boys and 181 girls filled in the form. However, that is different among the teachers: there were 15 female and only 4 male teachers who responded the questions. The ages of students varied. The youngest respondents were 9 years old, the oldest ones were 16. Most of the respondents were 13 years old. The ages largely depend on the type of school the students study at. In England and Cyprus they are at elementary level, while in Norway and Slovenia the students are older. In the Czech Republic and Hungary both younger and older ones completed the questionnaire.
