You can reach the venue: By train: walking distance from the railway station By aeroplane: the Bologna Airport is 30 minutes distant from the venue by taxi or airport bus transfer "Aerobus" (the bus stop is outside the airport, reaching the railway station and viceversa) By car: from the motorway take the Ring Road ( Tangenziale ); Exit no. 7 Bologna Centro ; you will arrive in Via Stalingrado, continue straight ahead into Via Mascarella; turn right into Via Irnerio and continue straight ahead until you come to a roundabout in Via dei Mille; then turn right into Via Gramsci taking the first street on the right which is Via Montebello. The Conference Centre has private parking. 12

IX INTERNATIONAL MEETING GENERAL INFORMATION OFFICIAL LANGUAGE - English SLIDES - Only PC data projection will be available in every room. All slides must be worded in English only; please copy your work - prepared in PowerPoint on a CD or USB stick. The Slide Centre will be available for presenters and speakers to preview their slides and to become familiar with audiovisual equipment. Slides should be handed in one hour before the beginning of the session and collected at the end. The use of personal laptops in the Workshop room is not permitted. LUNCH - Lunches will be served during the luncheon panels, limited to seat availability. REGISTRATION - BADGE - The conference is open to all duly registered participants. A badge will be given to every registered participant, speaker and exhibitor in order to be admitted to the scientific sessions. ATTENDANCE CERTIFICATE - A certificate will be given to all participants at the end of the meeting. ECM - An application for Italian ECM Credits has been submitted to the Italian Ministry of Health for the following disciplines: Cardiology, Cardio Surgery, General Medicine (Family doctors), Internal Medicine.
