To Assemble Highchair tep 5. 5- tep 1. Hold front tube wi ends up. Place a foot (smoo side up) at one curved corner of tube. Insert a screw rough tube and into foot, en tighten. Repeat wi oer corner, en wi bo feet of rear tube. tep 2. Lay seat face down on e floor as shown. Insert support tube rough bo collars on bottom of seat. Collars Hold rear tube as shown. lide plastic brackets onto upper tube. tep 6. Plastic bracket lide front tube onto upper tube as far as it will go, until e holes in e tubes line up. Bo U curves up To t fro at ba re wa fro Pl tep 3. upport tube Insert recline bar into one recline bracket (brackets have L and R on inside), wi curved side of bar toward e bracket. Then attach bar and bo recline brackets onto each end of e support tube as shown. Curved side of recline bar tep 4. Insert at end Insert bo ends of upper tube rough holes in recline brackets and pull all e way rough as shown. till holding ends of tube, locate pegs. Push pegs rough e channel until ey pass e snap. lide pegs into first notch of height-adjustment track. Pegs L bracket R bracket U curve up First notch of height-adjustment track tep 7. Pull rear tube up until holes in plastic brackets line up wi holes in e tubes. CHECK at holes in upper tube, front tube AND plastic brackets all line up wi each oer. tep 8. U curve down Insert a T-nut into one plastic bracket hole. It must pass rough bo tubes, as shown in closeup below. Insert a screw into oer side of plastic bracket and screw it into e T-nut. CHECK at tubes are securely connected by trying to pull em apart. Repeat for oer plastic bracket. et highchair upright. 5-POINT HARNE MODEL (For waist belt models, see next section.) To Attach eat Pad tep 1. traps must be removed from seat before pad can be attached. Behind e seat back, locate four plastic retainers on shoulder and waist straps. Push em rough e slots to e front and set straps aside. tep 2. Place seat pad over highchair. tep 3. Push each retainer back rough proper hole in rear of seat. Two levels of shoulder holes are provided; choose e level at is at or slightly above your child s shoulders. Avoid twisting straps. tep 4. Pull crotch strap and buckle rough center opening in seat pad. tep 5. Attach seat pad by sliding pocket over e back of e seat as shown. Then hook sides of pad over e two tabs on each side of e highchair. tep 6. Push e two tabs on e bottom of e seat pad into e two slots in e bottom of e seat as shown. From e rear of e footrest, pull e two tabs over e plastic anchors near em. If it later becomes necessary to launder or replace e harness, follow e directions above to remove harness straps from highchair. Tabs To ecure Your Child Prevent serious injury or dea from falls or sliding out. Always secure your child in e restraint. Do not depend on e tray alone to hold your child. tep 1. Place your child s arms rough e loops created by e shoulder/waist straps and insert e harness buckles into e center buckle housing. tep 2. Adjust e shoulder and crotch strap lengs as needed to get a snug fit around your child:! To tighten shoulder straps, hold free end of strap and slide adjuster away from e free end.! To loosen shoulder straps, hold adjuster and pull strap back rough e adjuster. tep 3. Finish by giving a quick tug on e free end until shoulder straps are tight. Check behind and in front of seat to see at belt is tightly readed rough retainers and straps are tight. The position of e shoulder straps can be adjusted for e size of your child. Locate e two plastic retainers behind e seat back, push em rough to e front and move em to e higher or lower position as desired. 7 8

WAIT BELT MODEL (For 5-point harness models, see preceding section.) To Attach eat Pad tep 1. Attach seat pad by sliding pocket over e back of e seat as shown. Then hook sides of pad over e two tabs on each side of e highchair. tep 2. Pull e seat belt rough e hole in e middle of e seat pad. tep 3. Push e two tabs on e bottom of e seat pad into e two slots in e bottom of e seat as shown. From e rear of e footrest, pull e two tabs over e plastic anchors near em. To ecure Your Child nap buckle togeer as shown. Adjust belt as needed to get a snug fit around your child. To release, squeeze buckle at sides. If it becomes necessary to remove e seat belt for cleaning or replacement, follow ese instructions: tep 1. Remove seat pad. Unread end of seat belt rough e buckle as shown. Tabs tep 2. Pull oer end of e seat belt rough e belt retainer as shown. tep 3. To reread buckle, reverse e above steps. CHECK at e belt is readed correctly by pulling on e seat belt. The belt should not slip rough e buckle. To Use Tray Place tray on armrests of seat. Pull out side handles under e tray. Put tray in one of e five adjustment positions, and release side handles. CHECK at tray is securely attached by pulling forward on e tray. Use eier e side handles or e front button to adjust or remove e tray. DO NOT force e tray against your child. Keep your child s hands and fingers away from e tray when adjusting e tray. To Adjust Recline DO NOT adjust e highchair wi your child in it. Pull up on e recline bar at back of seat to release e seat. Then pull or push seat to e desired recline position. After adjusting recline, push down on recline bar to lock seat. eat can be adjusted to ree different recline positions. CHECK at bo sides of e chair are snapped into e desired recline notches. To Adjust Height DO NOT adjust e highchair wi your child in it. Adjust seat to upright position. Hold chair frame down and lift top of plastic seat firmly to free pegs from height-adjustment notch. lide seat up or down in e track, en snap it into desired height setting. When adjusting height, be careful to keep fingers away from e heightadjustment track. There are five possible height settings. The highchair can be used as a toddler chair by adjusting to e lower height settings. CHECK at bo sides of chair are snapped into e desired height-adjustment notch. To Fold Highchair Lay highchair on e floor as shown. Press in and hold e metal buttons at base of bo plastic brackets, en push rear leg tube down to fold highchair.
