3-position voltage selector switch is standard. Terex Super Quiet generators provide almost any three phase or single phase voltage you ll need. Switch is lockable to prevent damage by changing voltages while unit is running. Utilizing Murphy's new Cascade controller, Terex Super Quiet generators now come standard with this automatic engine controller that works with both J1939 and mechanically controlled engines. Functions include starting and stopping the engine in manual or automatic mode, indicating operational status and fault conditions and automatic shut down of the engine should a fault occur. The controller is user friendly and can be easily modified by using the adjustment buttons located on the front of the panel. No computer input needed! This new controller also allows you to standardize your units in your fleet, and will work with any Tier I, II, III engine and beyond. An optional Cam Lok distribution panel is available on all Terex Super Quiet generators. Each individual Cam Lok connector is rated to 400 amps at 600 volts, and is designed to meet rugged industry standards. On models where unit output amperage can exceed the Cam Lok rating, multiple sets are provided. This panel can be used simultaneously with the standard 5 lug distribution board or as a stand alone power source. This popular, tool-less option, allows you to standardize and optimize your power distribution needs. For units that require special options, such as 600/480 volts switchable, Terex Super Quiet generators offer the Murphy iguard controller with Powerview gauges. This combination of leading edge generator technology allows the unit to maximize all of the capabilities and information available with today's digitally controlled Tier II and III engines, while giving the operator information in both digital and analog formats. The programmable engine control module delivers all the standard safety features you d expect from Murphy, as well as meeting both NFPA110 and NFPA99 requirements. Many other options can be programmed into the iguard, allowing you to customize and monitor the generator as you choose. SUPER QUIET PERFORMANCE User friendly control panel assembly consists of all analog readout gauges. DC engine gauges monitor water temperature, oil pressure, engine hours, fuel level and battery voltage. Power output AC gauges indicate generator volts, hertz and amperes. The engine control module monitors the status of the engine and if necessary, shuts it down under a fault condition. A voltage adjust potentiometer is easily accessible from the panel allowing the unit to operate at various voltages. The power output side of the panel consists of a main 3 phase breaker, 2 GFCI duplex receptacles, and 2 or 3 Tempower twistlock receptacles (50 amps) depending on unit size. Convenience receptacles remain live regardless of the voltage selector switch position.
Super Quiet Standard 3 phase distribution board consists of a 5 lug panel, with separately mounted ground connection, and easy to read and understand main lug connection diagrams. Convenient brass studs allow for easy connection of power load cables using ring terminal, or bare cable ends when using the optional bare lug terminal blocks (not shown).
