District of West Vancouver Municipal Ticket Information System Implementation Bylaw No. 4383, 2004 A bylaw to implement Municipal Ticket Information System pursuant to the Community Charter S.B.C. 2003 Amendment Bylaws: 4392, 4428, 4449 WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the District of West Vancouver deems it expedient to provide for a bylaw for the purpose of enforcing the bylaws of the municipality; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the District of West Vancouver enacts as follows: Part 1 Citation 1.1 This Bylaw may be cited as Municipal Ticket Information System Implementation Bylaw No. 4383, 2004. Part 2 Severability 2.1 If a portion of this Bylaw is held invalid by a Court of competent jurisdiction, then the invalid portion must be severed and the remainder of this Bylaw is deemed to have been adopted without the severed section, subsection, paragraph, subparagraph, clause or phrase. Part 3 Previous Bylaw Repeal 3.1 Municipal Ticket Information System Implementation, Bylaw No. 4170, 2004 (adopted on June 14, 1999) and the following amendment bylaws are hereby repealed: Amendment Bylaw Effective Date Bylaw No. 4207, 2000 September 05, 2000

System Implementation Bylaw No. 4383, 2004 2 Bylaw No. 4218, 2000 November 14, 2000 Bylaw No. 4248, 2001 April 02, 2001 Bylaw No. 4342, 2003 November 17, 2003 Bylaw No. 4358, 2003 December 15, 2003 Amended by Regulatory Bylaw Enforcement and Penalty Bylaw No. 4521, 2007 Part 4 General Provisions 4.1 The Bylaws listed in of Schedule A of this Bylaw may be enforced by means of a ticket in the form prescribed for the purpose of section 264 of the Community Charter. 4.2 The persons who act in the job positions or titles listed in of Schedule A to this Bylaw are designated bylaw enforcement officers for the purpose of enforcing the Bylaws listed in of Schedule A opposite the respective job position. 4.3 The words or expressions set forth in of Schedule B1 through B16 of this Bylaw designate the offence committed under the bylaw section number appearing in of Schedule B1 through B16 opposite the respective words of expressions. 4.4 The amounts in of Schedule B1 through B16 of this Bylaw designate the fines for contravention of the bylaw offences set out in of Schedule B1 through B16 opposite the respective amounts.
