EXCEPT WHERE OTHERWISE INDICATED IT IS HEREBY ORDERED FOR THE PERIOD FROM JANUARY 1, 2006 DECEMBER 31, 2006, THE FOLLOWING ASSIGNMENTS SHALL BE FILLED BY THE JUDGES OF THE ABOVE-ENTITLED COURT SUBJECT TO SUCH CHANGES AS MAY BE MADE BY THE PRESIDING JUDGE: I. COURT ADMINISTRATION PRESIDING JUDGE HON. GEORGE A. MIRAM shall act as Presiding Judge and shall perform all the duties prescribed for the Presiding Judge by the California Rules of Court and the rules of this Court as amended. ASSISTANT PRESIDING JUDGE HON. ROBERT D. FOILES shall act as Assistant Presiding Judge, and perform administrative duties as assigned by the Presiding Judge including serving as Presiding Judge. 1

SUPERVISING JUDGES HON. ROBERT D. FOILES shall act as Supervising Judge of Civil, Case Management and ADR Programs and perform administrative duties as assigned by the Presiding Judge and the Assistant Presiding Judge. HON. BARBARA J. MALLACH shall act as Supervising Judge of Commissioners and Judge Pro Tems and perform administrative duties as assigned by the Presiding Judge and the Assistant Presiding Judge. HON. CRAIG L. PARSONS shall act as Supervising Judge of Criminal and perform administrative duties as assigned by the Presiding Judge and the Assistant Presiding Judge. HON. ROSEMARY PFEIFFER shall act as Supervising Judge of Family Law and perform all administrative duties as assigned by the Presiding Judge and Assistant Presiding Judge. HON. CAROL L. MITTLESTEADT shall act as Supervising Judge of the Central Branch Court and perform all administrative duties as assigned by the Presiding Judge and Assistant Presiding Judge. HON. RICHARD C. LIVERMORE shall act as Supervising Judge of the Northern Branch Court and perform all administrative duties as assigned by the Presiding Judge and Assistant Presiding Judge. 2

HON. MARTA S. DIAZ shall act as the Supervising Judge of the Juvenile Court and perform all administrative duties as assigned by the Presiding Judge and Assistant Presiding Judge. II. SPECIALTY ASSIGNMENTS CRIMINAL PRESIDING JUDGE HON. H. JAMES ELLIS shall act as Criminal Presiding Judge with primary responsibility for the Master Criminal Calendar and the Superior Court Review Program from January 1, 2006 through June 30, 2006. The Criminal Presiding Judge from July 1, 2006 to December 31, 2006 shall be subsequently assigned by the Presiding Judge. SETTLEMENT JUDGE The position of Settlement Judge shall be rotated as assigned by the Presiding Judge. Such position shall include responsibility for the Order To Show Cause Regarding Dismissal Calendar. PROBATE JUDGE HON. ROSEMARY PFEIFFER shall act as the Probate Judge and shall supervise proceedings under the Lanterman-Petris- Short Act. 3

CASE MANAGEMENT JUDGES HON. STEPHEN M. HALL shall act as Case Management Judge on Tuesdays and Thursdays. HON. ROBERT D.FOILES shall act as Case Management Judge on Wednesdays and Fridays. LAW AND MOTION JUDGE HON. MARIE S. WEINER shall act as Law and Motion Judge from January 1, 2006 to June 30, 2006. The Law and Motion Judge from July 1, 2006 to December 31, 2006 shall be subsequently assigned by the Presiding Judge. JUVENILE JUDGES HON. MARTA S. DIAZ and HON. NORMAN J. GATZERT shall act as Juvenile Court Judges. FAMILY LAW AND DOMESTIC VIOLENCE JUDGE HON. CLIFFORD V. CRETAN is assigned to act as a Family Law Judge and will handle Family Law and Domestic Violence cases. 4

BRIDGES PROGRAM JUDGES HON. CARL W. HOLM is assigned to act as Admitting Judge for the Bridges Program and HON. BARBARA J. MALLACH and HON. MARK R.FORCUM are assigned to act as Review Judges for the Bridges Program. DRUG COURT PROPOSITION 36 JUDGES HON. SUSAN GREENBERG is assigned to act as Drug Court- Proposition 36 Judge in Redwood City. HON. RICHARD C. LIVERMORE is assigned to act as Drug Court-Proposition 36 Judge in South San Francisco. III. TRIAL COURT JUDGES REDWOOD CITY The following Judges are assigned to act as Trial Judges and other duties as assigned in Redwood City: HON. JOSEPH E. BERGERON HON. GERALD J. BUCHWALD HON. CLIFFORD V. TRIAL COURT JUDGES SAN MATEO BRANCH COURT The following Judges are assigned to act as Trial Judges, Complex Civil Litigation Judges, and other duties as assigned in the San Mateo Branch: Supervising Judge- HON. TRIAL COURT JUDGES SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO The following Judges are assigned to act as Trial Judges and other duties as assigned in South San Francisco: Supervising Judge- HON. RICHARD C. LIVERMORE HON. JOHN L. GRANDSAERT HON. JONATHAN E. KARESH HON. ELIZABETH K. LEE HON. LISA A. NOVAK VI. COMMISSIONERS 1. HON. SUSAN GREENBERG shall act as a Criminal Court Commissioner in Redwood City and shall perform all other duties as assigned by the Presiding Judge and Assistant Presiding Judge. 2. HON. JOSEPH GRUBER shall act as a Criminal Court Commissioner in Redwood City and shall perform all other duties as assigned by the Presiding Judge and Assistant Presiding Judge. 6

3. HON. KATHLEEN M. McKENNA and HON. RICHARD H. DuBOIS shall act as Commissioners of the Family Law Department, Judge Pro Tems, and shall perform all other duties prescribed for said department by the rules of this Court and shall perform all other Pro Tem Judicial duties assigned by the Presiding Judge and Assistant Presiding Judge. 4. HON. STEPHANIE GARRATT is assigned to the Traffic and Small Claims Department in San Mateo and shall perform all other duties assigned by the Presiding Judge and Assistant Presiding Judge. HON. JOSEPH K. ALLEN is assigned to the Traffic and Small Claims Department in South San Francisco and shall perform all other duties assigned by the Presiding Judge and Assistant Presiding Judge. HON. RICHARD KELLY is assigned to the Traffic and Small Claims Department in Redwood City and shall perform all other duties assigned by the Presiding Judge and Assistant Presiding Judge. VII. APPELLATE DEPARTMENT HON. CARL W. HOLM, Presiding, HON. JOHN G. SCHWARTZ, and HON. JOSEPH E. BERGERON are assigned to the Appellate Department. HON. BARBARA J. MALLACH is designated the Alternate Judge in the Appellate Department. Such designations shall expire June 30, 2006. 7
