Police Clearance Certificate authenticated by the Department of State stating that applicant has no pending criminal proceedings. Invitation letter from prospective employer or institution. A copy of the letter of invitation on company/institution letterhead from the host in Namibia stating the applicant's title, expertise, duties and responsibilities. It should indicate rationale for hiring the applicant as well as his/her salary, position and qualification. If applicant is applying for studying in Namibia, the letter should state the program, degree, and relevant information pertaining to the school they will be attending. Marriage Contract. If married to a citizen of Namibia, please provide a copy of the marriage certificate. Radiological Report. Applicant must submit a radiological report along with a declaration form filled out by the radiologist. The form can be found here. Medical Certificate.
