The structure of the molecule is such that it is highly reactive with the product giving excellent film properties. The product gives good tough, abrasion resistant coatings. DP102 is suited for a variety of applications in printing inks, varnishes and adhesives. This product was specifically developed for use as a DVD adhesive, either alone or in combination with other resins such as E207. DP102 has very low (undeterminable) levels of reactive free isocyanate groups.
PHOTOCRYL Specialities DP73 Acrylate 60 HDDA >100 Suited for a variety of applications both in printing inks and varnishes. This product is particularly useful as a primer/ base coat onto substrates which are normally difficult to adhere to. PHOTOCRYL DP73 has been formulated specifically to improve adhesion, however additionally it does give relatively good film performance and gives excellent weatherability results. It is therefore recommended for both internal and external use.
