No. 1118-04195 Southeast Area On January 5, 2011, at approximately 6:20 a.m., a motorist in a passenger van was travelling west on the 105 freeway off-ramp at Vermont, negotiated a right turn on Vermont, and struck a pedestrian that was walking in the crosswalk. The pedestrian was severely injured and died at the scene. The motorist was identified as Lloyd Armstead, 46 years-of-age of Hawthorne. DECEASED: Saul Vasquez, 42 years-of-age of Compton INVESTIGATOR: Detective Smith, case will be presented to the District Attorney for filing OSB No. 2 DR. No. 1118-04387 Southeast Area On January 9, 2011, at approximately 12:12 a.m., a motorist in a 1986 Mercedes 300 was travelling north on Vermont Avenue at 88 th Street, when the motorist struck a pedestrian that attempted to cross the street outside of the crosswalk. The pedestrian was severely injured and transported to a local hospital, where he later died from his injuries. The motorist was identified as Eugel Nicoleau, 55 years-of-age of Los Angeles. DECEASED: Chester Morris Hishaw, 78 years-of-age of Los Angeles OSB No. 3 DR. No. 1105-04465 Harbor Area On January 10, 2010, at approximately 9:45 a.m., a motorist in a 2003 Honda Accord was travelling north on Western Avenue towards Plaza Del Amo, when the motorist struck a pedestrian that was crossing the street in an unmarked crosswalk. The impact of the collision caused the pedestrian to be severely injured. The pedestrian was transported to a local hospital, where he later died from his injuries. The motorist was identified as Hohn Katsuyuki Mayetani, 33 years-of-age of Harbor City. DECEASED: Raymond John Hoeye, 87 years-of-age of Torrance OSB No. 4 DR. No. 1105-05049 Harbor Area

Page 3 On January 21, 2011, at approximately 8:00 a.m., a motorist in a 2010 Freightliner Semi was travelling south on Earle Street from Terminal Way, negotiated a left turn in front of a motorcyclist that was travelling north on Earle Street. The motorcyclist collided into the Semi, and was ejected from the motorcycle. The impact of the collision caused the motorcyclist to sustain severe injuries. The motorcyclist was transported to a local hospital, where she later died from her injuries. The motorist was identified as Noe Vargas, 50 years-of-age of Los Angeles DECEASED: Georgia Renee Fisher, 47 years-of-age of Long Beach OSB No. 5 DR. No. 1112-05450 77 th Area On January 21, 2011, at approximately 10:30 p.m., a motorist in a beige pick-up was travelling north on Figueroa Street towards 66 th Street, collided into a female pedestrian that was walking westbound on Figueroa Street. The motorist failed to stop to render aid or to identify self. The impact of the collision caused the pedestrian to sustain severe injuries. The pedestrian was transported to a local hospital, where she later died from her injuries. DECEASED: Sharniece Donnetta Jeter, 18 years-of-age of Los Angeles INVESTIGATOR: Detective Martin OSB No. 6 DR. No. 1103-05995 Southwest Area On January 31, 2011, at approximately 9:15 p.m., a pedestrian was walking south on 9 th Avenue in an unmarked crosswalk, when he was struck by a hit-and-run motorist that was travelling east on Jefferson Boulevard at 9 th Avenue. The motorist continued east on Jefferson, failing to stop to identify self or to render aid. The pedestrian was transported to a local hospital, where he later died from his injuries. DECEASED: Dave Wilkerson III, 54 years-of-age INVESTIGATOR: Detective Martin OSB No. 7 DR. No. 1118-05948 Southeast Area On February 4, 2011, at approximately 6:55 a.m., a motorist in a 1996 Nissan Pathfinder was travelling south on Figueroa from 87 th Street, when the motorist struck a pedestrian that ran into the roadway. The impact of the collision caused the pedestrian to be severely injured. The pedestrian was transported to a local hospital, where he later died from his injuries. The motorist was identified as William Jimenez, 29 years-of-age of Los Angeles. DECEASED: Donnell Terell Posey, 19 years-of-age of Los Angeles INVESTIGATOR: Detective Smith OSB No. 8 DR. No. 1103-06572 Southwest Area On February 10, 2011, at approximately 7:40 a.m., a motorist in a 2005 Toyota Camry had stopped

Page 4 her vehicle north on Farmdale Avenue at Exposition, to allow her passenger to exit the vehicle for school. After the passenger had exited the vehicle, the motorist drove north on Farmdale and struck the passenger who was attempting to cross the street. The impact of the collision caused the passenger to sustain severe injuries. The passenger was transported to a local hospital, where she later died from her injuries. The motorist was identified as Tameka Griffin, 39 years-of-age, of Los Angeles. She and the passenger are mother and daughter. DECEASED: Taylor Griffin, 17 years-of-age of Los Angeles INVESTIGATOR: Detective Smith OSB No. 9 DR. No. 1118-06537 Southeast On February 14, 2011, at approximately 3:40 p.m., a pedestrian was walking in the crosswalk on 111 th Place and Figueroa Street, when a motorist in a blue Toyota Camry traveling west on 111 th Place, made a left turn onto Figueroa, striking the pedestrian as she attempted to cross the street. The motorist momentarily stopped, and then fled from the scene, without rendering aid or identifying self. The impact of the collision caused the pedestrian to sustain life threatening injuries. The pedestrian was transported to a local hospital, where she later died from her injuries. According to witnesses, the motorist was described as a female black or Hispanic. DECEASED: Angelica Jiminez, 34 years-of-age of Los Angeles INVESTIGATOR: Detective Brady OSB No. 10 DR. No. 1105-06887 Harbor On February 28, 2011, at approximately 8:45 p.m., a pedestrian was attempting to cross the street outside the crosswalk on Western Avenue at 218 th Street, when the pedestrian was struck by a motorist in a 1994 Nissan Maxima that was traveling north on Western Avenue towards 218 th Street. The impact of the injury caused the pedestrian to sustain severe injuries. The pedestrian later died from her injuries. DECEASED: Christina Valerie Stang INVESTIGATOR: Detective Jones OSB No. 11 DR. No. 1103-07922 Southwest On March 6, 2011, at approximately 12:05 a.m., a pedestrian was attempting to cross the street outside the crosswalk on Martin Luther King Boulevard and Menlo Avenue, when a motorist traveling west on Martin Luther King Boulevard, struck the pedestrian, and failing to stop to identify self or to render aid. The pedestrian sustained life threatening injuries, and was transported to a local hospital, where he later died from his injuries. The pedestrian has not been identified and is listed as John Doe.
