November 2012 --------------------- In the name of Allah, the most gracious, the most merciful Paper for Supporting Islam In the name of Allah, and praise to Allah, and prayer
and peace upon the messenger of Allah and upon his family, companions and allies. In these serious circumstances which our Muslim Ummah is passing through, where it is exposed to the most notorious crusade in its history, and where its peoples revolted demanding freedom, pride, dignity and independence under the shade of Islamic Sharia, and where the secular and crusade forces united in an attempt to stop the historical changes that is occurring in the Muslim land. In these serious circumstances the Muslim Ummah has to unit its word around the word of Tawhid (Monotheism). Therefore your brothers in Qaedat Al-Jihad group call the Muslims, the workers for Islam support, the Islamic movements and communities, and Islamic figures to group for supporting Islam and Muslims, by uniting around the following goals: 1- Working on the liberation of the occupied Muslim land, and rejecting all treaty, convention or international resolution that gives the Kuffar (disbelievers) the right to take over the Muslims land. Like Israel takeover of Palestine, Russia takeover of Chechnya and Muslim Caucasus, India takeover of Kashmir, Spain takeover of Ceuta and
Melilla, and China takeover of Eastern Turkistan. 2- Resorting to the Islamic Sharia and rejecting to refer to other principles, ideologies and canons, either they are: a- Governance of the masses that makes sovereignty to the people. b- or the governance of the international order which was established by the victorious powers in WWII, and called it the United Nations, and thus: (1) It is controlled by five arrogant who impose their will on the rest of other nations of the world. (2) The members of its general assembly resort to the majority and not to the Islamic Sharia. (3) and which its charter stipulates on the respect of the sovereignty and safety of the territories of its members, which means to respect the Russia takeover on the Muslim Caucasus, China on Eastern
Turkistan, Spain takeover of Ceuta and Melilla, and Israel on Palestine. (4) and it has issued tens of resolutions that permitted the aggression on the land of the Muslims, like the partition of Palestine resolution and the resolution of recognizing Israel s government and the resolutions that followed that, and like the resolutions of imposing sanctions on Iraq, and like the resolutions that permitted the crusader alliance invasion of Afghanistan, and like the Bonn Agreement which installed the treacherous government in Kabul. Resorting to the Islamic Sharia and rejecting to refer to others requires that we seek that the Islamic Sharia be the ruler alone in the Islamic lands and not being disputed by a legitimacy or rivaled by a reference, and that we refuse to surrender to the international order which represent the biggest arrogant in the world. 3- Working to stop the systematic looting of the
wealth of the Muslims on the hands of the Western alliance which occupied the land of Islam under the leadership of America, which is considered the biggest theft in the history of mankind. 4- Supporting and endorsement for the Muslim peoples in their revolutions against the corrupt oppressive tyrants, raising awareness of the peoples of the necessity of ruling by the Sharia and adhering to the rulings of Islam, calling the peoples that revolted to continue their revolution until uprooting the remnants of the former regimes, and cleaning their country from the external humiliation and internal corruption, and inciting the peoples who didn t revolt to take example from those who preceded them, so that the Islamic world can get rid of the rule of the agents. 5- Supporting every oppressed and tyrannized in the world against the tyrants and oppressors. 6- Working to establish the Khilafah that doesn t recognize the nation-state or citizenship association or the borders that were imposed by the occupiers,
but rather establishes the state of the righteous Khilafah on the methodology of the prophethood, that believes in the unity of the lands of the Muslims and the brotherhood association that equals between them, and removes the borders that were imposed on them by their enemies, and to seek to spread justice, Shura (Consultation), supporting of the weaks, and liberation of all the Muslim lands. 7- Seeking to unite the Islamic efforts and capacities around these goals and calling for them and spread them among the Muslims. These were the goals of the paper of supporting Islam, so we call everyone who is convinced of it to call for it, and support it and spread it through all the possible means of publication among the masses of the Ummah. And God is behind the intent, and He guides to the way. And prayer and peace upon our master Muhammed and upon his family and companions, And our last
