No refunds will be issued for the Initial Deposit paid or any other payments made under the Periodic Plan Investment option for any cancellations. No refunds will be issued for missed classes and Periodic Plan Investment applicants are required to pay for all classes including those they have not attended. In the event of a default by the applicant/ parent/legal guardian in payment of fees when due and payable in accordance with the Periodic Plan Schedule detailed in Investment Options at the top of this page, the applicant/parent/legal guardian shall be responsible for any bank charges, legal costs and/or any recovery agent s commissions incurred in the recovery of such unpaid fees.
