Troubleshooting & Maintenance Problems Causes Solutions Color loss or ghosting in HDMI display Power led is off, unit not functioning No output on the display Poor quality of the HDMI cable Unit not powered Poor contact in the power port Source or Display is off Poor contact in HDMI ports Change to a certified HDMI cable. Power up the unit. Make sure power adapter is inserted correctly and is not loose. Turn on the source or display. Check the HDMI ports one by one to make sure cables are inserted and secure.
