EXAMPLE CASE: THE BROKEN BRIDGE - ACEH, SINGKIL (1/2) Saturday, 12 September 2011 Incoming SMS through Lapor! +6285277227xxx : jembatan gosong telaga kec singkil utara dar tahn 2006 yg rusak karena gempa nias tdk pernah diperbaiki karena tdk ada anggota dewan asal gosong padahal jembatan itu sangat d perlkan dan vital. Monday, 14 September 2011 PDU Office, as a Lapor! Operator, communicates with the SMS Sender, to verify and get more detail information regarding the broken bridge. The information was disposed to the Aceh Province Office.
