Nedbank Business Banking offers a full range of financial and advisory services to large and medium-sized companies and public sector organisations with an annual turnover of R7,5 million to R400 million. We also offer specialised expertise to the agricultural, franchising, tourism, legal and accounting sectors, which have particular needs and challenges that we are well placed to meet. The value proposition is centred on a single point of accountability for the client relationship and service delivery through fully empowered regionally based entities. The business banker acts as the primary point of contact for all your banking needs and provides you with specific solutions relating to investment, lending, cash deposit-taking, transactional banking, debt structuring, factoring, and vehicle and asset finance. Solutions are tailored according to a detailed understanding of your business and are not only unique, but also appropriate for each business. Specialist areas throughout the bank, such as the investment management area, support each of the regional businesses and within each team there are administration, service and business managers, ensuring relationship continuity. In addition to individual attention, extensive specialist resources are available to you. 2

One of the major determining factors of the success of a business is the ability to manage short-, medium- and long-term cashflows associated with its working capital cycles. The good news is that medium to large companies are now able to manage their liquidity more effectively and efficiently with Nedbank Business Banking. When managing cashflows, it is critical that companies optimise the interest impact of their liquidity by either reducing the interest paid when borrowing funds or increasing interest earned when depositing surplus funds. We offer you a complete investment solution for the appropriate management of your surplus funds in accordance with your working-capital and liquidity requirements. We would like to make it easier for you to manage these funds efficiently to ensure that they are always productive. We understand your working-capital and liquidity needs and we have dedicated people to offer the appropriate investment advice and support based on your unique circumstances. Our client service teams also include an investment portfolio manager, who will operate in your local area of business and who has the knowledge and expertise to assist you with your investment requirements. Our investment centres in Cape Town, Durban and Johannesburg will allow you to engage directly with a knowledgeable investment manager. This will make the processing and settlement of investment transactions more efficient, as all investment transactions will be executed directly with the investment manager according to the mandate held. 3
