Per container 51,50 8) General regulations All rates as per this reference scale of charges are based on the present legal provisions for the performance of the respective services. If new or amended legal provisions coming into force after the date of this reference scale of charges compel NTB to perform such services in a way requiring increased expenditure or additional measures. NTB shall be entitled to increase the respective rate or implement a charge covering the increased expenditures or additional measures to an appropriate extent. Pricelist for sales of small material available upon request. Any service performed by NTB will be subject to the currently valid terms, rules and regulations of the "Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen und Betriebsordnung (-AGBO-)" of NTB, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Minimum charge: EUR 55,00 unless otherwise agreed in writing. 1,5 % social fund will be charged for all before mentioned rates (with the exception of demurrage charges and security surcharge). All invoices have to be paid immediately after billing without any reduction. NTB will charge penalty interests based on the base interest rate of BGB (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch / German Civil Code) plus 5 %. Please quote invoice number and customer account number when making payments. Cargo handling such as unpacking, reloading,will be handled by external companies. A surplus of 20 % to the invoice amount will be billed for administration charges. The above mentioned specifications refer to the usual services of container handling.
