Directions: 1. Using your own words and pictures, complete each of the explorer s page. Use the example to show you what to include in each section. 2. Fold the paper in half from top to bottom. 3. With the paper folded in half, cut only along the dotted lines. 4. Fold each flap up and press to make a crease. 5. Unfold paper. Glue a blank piece of paper to the back. Be careful not to glue down your flaps. 6. Complete one page for each of the explorers. 7. Create a book by stacking each folded page on top of another. The first page in the book goes on top and the last page goes on bottom of the stack. 8. Keeping the pages folded and stacked, glue the backs of each paper together starting with the bottom page. They are glued just like they are stacked. It will end up being folded like an accordion. 9. Add your cover to the front 10. Staple the folds together to secure the book.
