Enterprise Content Management Tickets, Invoices, & Statements Solution minimizes the amount of paper that companies generate and store with each delivery. Producers generate multiple copies of the same document each time a truck leaves the plant or quarry. With our ECM solution you can capture an electronic copy of the ticket at the same time that it is being sent to the printer. Enterprise Content Management Accounts Payable Solution minimizes the manual tasks associated with matching material receipts with invoices, shortening the amount of time required to process invoices. Typically, receipts are delivered to AP Clerks on a daily basis and then sorted by supplier. AP clerks must then take the material receipts for their accounts and manually match them against a supplier invoice. This manual process of "checking off" multiple material receipts against one supplier invoice is monotonous and prone to user error. Enterprise Content Management Using the Command Alkon AP solution, companies simply drop all of their invoices and material receipts into the scanner and then let the advanced capture software automatically extract the important data.
