Producers generate multiple copies of the same document each time a truck leaves the plant or quarry. Enterprise Content Management Accounts Payable Solution minimizes the manual tasks associated with matching material receipts with invoices, shortening the amount of time required to process invoices. Typically, receipts are delivered to AP Clerks on a daily basis and then sorted by supplier. AP clerks must then take the material receipts for their accounts and manually match them against a supplier invoice.
