AmaZing Cash FAQs About the Program 1. How does the AmaZing Cash program work? The AmaZing Cash program comes automatically with the AmaZing Cash Credit Card and the AmaZing Cash Signature Card. It is also available upon request on the AmaZing Launch Card. You earn 1% cash back on all purchases made with your card. Once $50 in cash back has been earned, it is automatically deposited into your savings or checking account with Nevada State Bank. There are no coupons to return, and no requests are required in order to receive the cash back rebate. 2. Is there any earnings cap with AmaZing Cash? No, there is no earnings cap with the AmaZing Cash Program. 3. Does cash back ever expire? No. 4. How do I enroll in the AmaZing Cash program? If you have an AmaZing Cash Visa Card or an AmaZing Cash Visa Signature Card, you are automatically enrolled in the AmaZing Cash program. If you apply for an AmaZing Launch Visa Card you can opt in to the AmaZing Cash program by checking the appropriate box on the application form. If you already have an AmaZing Launch Visa Card, you can enroll by filling out the Optional Enrollment Form or by calling Customer Service at 866-749-7476. 5. How much cash back do I earn? You earn 1% cash back on net purchases (your purchases minus any returns). You do not earn cash back on cash advances, fees, quasi-cash, or accumulated interest and fees. 6. When will you distribute cash back to me? Cash back will be distributed to you approximately three business days after the conclusion of the billing cycle in which you accrue the required amount of $50. Example: If you earn the $50.00 on June 14th but the billing cycle concludes on June 26th, you will receive your cash back on approximately June 29th. 7. Is cash back reversed in case of returned items? The 1% cash back you earn is net of sales and returns. For example, if you spend $5,000 during the June cycle and earn 1%, or $50.00, $50.00 is then transferred into your deposit account, and your cash back balance returns to zero. If during the July cycle, you return $2,000 worth of merchandise and have no additional purchases by the end of your statement cycle, a deficit balance of $20.00 (1% of $2,000) is shown. The deficit balance will stay negative until you make enough additional purchases to cover the deficit. 8. Can this program be combined with AmaZing Rewards? No. You can only be enrolled in one program at a time. 9. Do I earn cash back if I go over my credit limit? Yes. There is no over-limit penalty for earned cash back. If your account goes over limit, you will still earn cash back on purchases. 10. Do I earn cash back if my account is past due? We will suspend the cash back accrual for any monthly period during which you are past due 60+ days. However, if your account becomes current, you will receive the cash back that was accrued prior to the suspension. 11. Will you offer special cash-back promotions? We may periodically offer special promotions, subject to certain terms, conditions, restrictions or limitations. Current promotions (as of July 2012) on the AmaZing Cash, AmaZing Cash Signature and AmaZing Launch cards include 2% cash back during the first 90 days of account opening. Rebate Process 12. What types of accounts can be used for my automatic cash back deposits? The cash back deposits can be made into any Nevada State Bank checking, savings or money market account. 13. How is AmaZing Cash credited to my deposit account? The cash back rebate will be awarded automatically each time an account has accumulated $50 in credit. It will be deposited into the deposit account you provided when you applied. The deposit account must be open in order to receive the credit. No exceptions. The payout will always occur in $50 increments; any accrued amounts over each $50 increment will be retained until the $50 increment is reached.
14. Where can I see the cash back I ve earned? You may track the amount of cash back earned via your credit card statement. Your monthly credit card statement will show: (1) the beginning balance of cash back earned, (2) the amount of cash back earned in the statement period, (3) The amount of cash back redeemed for the statement period, and (4) the balance remaining of cash back. 15. Can I receive cash back in some other way, rather than a deposit? No. You must have a deposit account to earn cash back and you must provide the deposit account number at the time of application. Applications received without a deposit account will be marked conditional until an account number is provided. Fees and Other Charges 16. Is there an annual fee? No. There is no annual fee for AmaZing Cash and AmaZing Cash Signature Cardholders. AmaZing Launch cardholders who opt in to the program do have an annual rewards fee of $25. 17. Do I have to report cash back as income? No. We will not mail you a 1099 form.
AmaZing Rewards FAQs Redeeming Rewards 1. How many rewards options are available on AmaZing Rewards? AmaZing Rewards has over 6 MILLION merchandise items, activities, travel options and events available for redemption. 2. Is there an annual fee for AmaZing Rewards? If you have an AmaZing Launch card, (or have one of the legacy card types including Visa Classic, Mastercard, or Visa Platinum) and opt in to the program, there will be a $25 annual rewards fee. 3. Does AmaZing Rewards have real-time, internet access to my point balance? Are redemptions done real-time? Yes. All point balances and redemptions are available online and in real-time. 4. How are awards valued? All merchandise, event, activities, travel and other award redemptions are based on their actual dollar value. For example: if an airline ticket or a hotel stay costs $225 (including all taxes and fees), then the points needed to purchase this ticket would be approximately 22,500 points or less. 5. If I don t have enough points, can I pay for the additional amount using a credit/debit card? Yes! You can purchase the remaining value of the item online with a credit/debit card. 6. How quickly do I receive my award? Items typically ship within 3-5 days, although there are some minor exceptions. 7. Do you offer vacation packages? (i.e. air, hotel, activities, etc.) Yes! Vacation packages are available on the site and include: air, hotel, events, and other activities. 8. Do you offer gift cards that can be redeemed? Yes! Gift cards from most major nationwide retailers are available for redemption. 9. Does AmaZing Rewards have theme park awards? Yes! Theme park tickets (including Disney, Six Flags, etc.) are available for redemption on AmaZing Rewards. 10. Do I still earn AmaZing Rewards points if I go over my credit limit? Yes. There is no over-limit penalty for earned rewards points. If your account goes over limit, you will still earn rewards points on purchases. 11. Do I earn AmaZing Rewards points if my account is past due? Points will be suspended for any monthly period they are past due 60+ days. However, if account becomes current, you will receive the suspended rewards points. 12. Do my AmaZing Rewards points expire? No. There are no expiration dates on AmaZing Rewards points. 13. Are taxes applied to the award items redeemed? Yes! All taxes are included in the purchase price. 14. What are the hours supported by the AmaZing Rewards call center? Customer Support is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year at 800-818-0377. Travel 15. What restrictions do I have with travel tickets? There are no restrictions when purchasing travel tickets. Tickets can be purchased in any fare class, in any class of service, without blackout dates, advance notice or other restrictions. Any ticket available for purchase in a participating airline s inventory is available for purchase online using points. Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable. 16. Do I pay a ticket processing charge for each airline ticket redeemed? No. The cost of all processing charges is included in the point total. 17. Are fuel surcharges, security fees, and baggage handling fees included in the price of an airline ticket? Fuel surcharges, security fees, basic baggage handling fees and ticketing charges are included in the point total for the airline ticket. Examples of fees not included are (but not limited to) extra baggage fees, animal containers and transport, meal service, etc.
18. Can I earn airline miles on my air travel redemptions with AmaZing Rewards? Yes! When you redeem AmaZing Rewards points for an airline ticket, you can contact the airline on which you re traveling and add your frequent flyer number to your itinerary. This means you can earn third party miles on AmaZing Rewards air travel redemptions! 19. Can I return items purchased with AmaZing Rewards points? Does this include travel tickets? Merchandise can be returned (see Merchandise Terms & Conditions on www.amazingrewards.com). Travel is non-refundable and is subject to the airline s Terms & Conditions although most travel tickets can be changed for a $100 change fee. Event tickets are non-refundable. Activities are non-refundable but can be changed or exchanged by working with the vendor directly (all activities are subject to the vendor s Terms & Conditions for exchanges and changes). Shipping 20. If an award is damaged during shipment, how do I get a replacement? Damaged items can be returned via the Merchandise Return Policy Terms & Conditions (available online at www.amazingrewards.com). You may also call Customer Support at 800-818-0377 for help returning an order and then print out a return shipping label to use in sending back the damaged item. Then a replacement item will be sent out. 21. Can I monitor the shipment of my award? Yes. All shipment information will be available online. You will be able to view your order number and shipment tracking ID. Customer Service can also provide shipment status and information.
FAQS for Existing Visa Classic, Visa Platinum, or Visa Signature Cardholders 1. How do I take advantage of one or all of the following benefits? Double rewards for 90 days, up to 25% annual bonus, plus no annual fee, 0% APR for 6 months, and 0% Balance Transfer for 12 months? All of these benefits are available on the new AmaZing credit card products. Simply fill out our account upgrade form available at any of our branches, and upon approval, you may migrate your existing card to one of the new AmaZing cards that best meets your needs and enjoy these new promotions and benefits! 0% APR on purchases and double rewards (cash or points) is available on new purchases made with the new AmaZing card. The 0% Balance Transfer offer is available for external balance transfers only; any existing balances on your current card will migrate over to your new AmaZing card at a fixed 7% APR for 12 months with no balance transfer fee. 2. I already have a credit card with you, but I want one of the new AmaZing cards. What do I need to do? Simply complete the account upgrade form available at any Nevada State Bank branch and upon meeting our predetermined criteria - which does not include pulling new credit information - we will upgrade your card to the new AmaZing product. If you are requesting an increase in your credit limit, a new application will be required and new credit information will be pulled. 3. Once I get my new AmaZing card, how will my existing Rewards points or earned Cash Back be handled? Your earned Rewards points or Cash Back will transfer over automatically to your new AmaZing card. 4. Once I get my new AmaZing card, is there anything else I need to do? Please also note your account number will be changed, and any balances will be automatically transferred to your new account. If there are any companies to which you have provided your account number for billing purposes, such as insurance, donations, automatic billing, etc., please contact the company and provide them with your new account number to avoid any payment and/or billing issues. 5. Once I get my new AmaZing card, what options do I have to manage the existing balance on my card? Your existing balance will be transferred over to your new AmaZing card. Your new balance transfer rate will be a fixed 7.00% for 12 months. There is no balance transfer fee. Any pending purchases that have not yet posted will automatically be transferred to the new AmaZing card and will be subject to those new terms and conditions. 6. I m currently earning points on my old Visa Platinum card. I would prefer to earn cash back. How can I switch to the new cash back program and also earn the 25% bonus? If you currently are enrolled in Rewards but would like to upgrade to the AmaZing Cash card program and earn up to a 25% cash back bonus, simply fill out the account upgrade form available at any of our branches and indicate that you would like to upgrade to the AmaZing Cash card product. You must also identify into which deposit account you would like your earned cash rebates deposited. If you are approved for a new AmaZing Cash card, all earned AmaZing Rewards points on your Visa Platinum account will be converted to AmaZing Cash (1 Amazing Rewards point = $.01 in AmaZing Cash). The annual bonus will be calculated going forward based on new spend made on your AmaZing Cash card. AmaZing Cash is deposited into the designated deposit account automatically in $50 increments. 7. I don t currently have a rewards program on my credit card. Can I enroll in rewards or cash back on my current credit card? Yes! You can enroll in either one of these rewards programs on your current credit card (with the exception of the Low Rate Visa Platinum Card and the Visa Secured Card). You will also be subject to your current card s Terms and Conditions for those rewards programs. There is a $25 annual fee for the rewards program. If I enroll my card in the rewards or cash back program, will I get double rewards for the first three months, or up to 25% annual bonus?
