The statistical population inclues all employees of Bank Melli of Razavi Khoasan Povince. Fo the aim of this stuy, a cluste anom sampling is use. In oe to etemine the sample size, Mogan's table as the easiest metho is use. The statistical population of the stuy consists of 26 people an the sample size is 16 people base on Mogan's Table. Howeve, 18 questionnaies wee istibute an 168 samples wee collecte. In oe to compae an analyze the oganizational cultue, the questionnaie of oganizational cultue base on Robbins' Moel, which was implemente by Ghamaian in 1383, was use.
