Talking about hospice care sooner means more quality time with those you love. Our philosophy is to guide you and your family through the changes ahead, helping you understand where you are in your journey together. Hospice caregivers monitor changes in your health, and address them with a gradual, compassionate approach. This results in a much less stressful experience for the patient and family. The sooner you or your loved one receives the special care hospice offers, the more time you can focus on what really matters. Hospice care will enable you to remain independent for as long as possible, live comfortably and ensure that your wishes are followed. For information or referrals call 912-265-4735 www.hospice.me
