On the affected area (e.g. DigestZen directly onto your stomach) 3. During massage. Drop into an empty vitamin capsule (available at health food stores) and swallow. For a minor health issue, 2 or 3 applications (2 to 4 drops per application) a day is generally enough. For more serious problems, apply every hour. Essential oils are generally safe, gentle and effective, without side effects.
