THE BLOOD OF CHRIST Jesus Christ has shed His blood to provide many wonderful benefits to those who will believe it and receive it. 1. Sheltering Exodus 12:23 For the LORD will pass through to smite the Egyptians; and when he seeth the blood upon the lintel, and on the two side posts, the LORD will pass over the door, and will not suffer the destroyer to come in unto your houses to smite you. 2. Atoning Leveticus 17:11 For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul. 3. Saving Zechariah 9:11 As for thee also, by the blood of thy covenant I have sent forth thy prisoners out of the pit wherein is no water. 4. Innocent Matthew 27:4 Saying, I have sinned in that I have betrayed the innocent blood. And they said, What is that to us? see thou to that. 5. 29. Overcoming Revelation 12:11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death. BELIEVE IT! SAY IT! PRAISE GOD FOR IT! I believe that the blood of Jesus Christ was shed for me. I receive forgiveness for my sins and the many other blessings that the blood of Jesus Christ provides for me. 5
