Zr Bridge white This high quality zirconia material can be used for all types of indications from the primary elements of telescopic crowns to 14-unit bridges. This material differs from conventional zirconia in that it is truly homogeneous. This is achieved by means of a special manufacturing process, and results in an excellent fit, even with very large restorations. Zenotec Zr Bridge also features a reduced degree of transparency compared to the Zenostar Zr Translucent material. Color Zr for the immersion technique For coloring frameworks, Zenotec Color Zr offers a ready-to-use solution in all 16 standard shades of the classical shade guide. Handling is a quick and easy matter: the zirconia frameworks are placed in the coloring solution and then briefly fixed by immersing in the specially developed Zenotec Color Fix. This gives you a completely homogeneous edge-free coloring effect, with absolutely no need for a liner. This allows you to save a great deal of time by working much more efficiently. The dispensing with a liner gives the more translucent appearance after veneering. Zenotec Color Zr and Zenotec Color Fix are available in generous 250 ml bottles, as well as in assortments which offer even greater convenience. You have a choice of the Starter Set (shades A2, A3, A3.5, B2, B3, C2, C3 and D3) and the Add-on Set (shades Al, A4, B1, B4, C1, C4, D2 and D4). In addition to the coloring and fixing solutions, the assortments come complete with coloring jars, filter inserts and tweezers to make the handling of Zenotec Color Zr even easier. The large coloring jars are suitable for large-span bridgework. These accessories are also available separately. of Zenotec Color Zr All 16 colors of the classic shade guide can be reproduced Affordable and cost effective Homogeneous color No edge formation, as is often the case with other coloring solutions Indications Suitable for zirconia frameworks which are not pre-shaded The right shade for all cases 3
PMMA Cast This transparent acrylic material is very easy to mill and gives excellent stability even with large-span bridges. The material burns without trace and is especially suitable for use in the lost material casting process but can also be used for pressing and over pressing. The process provides a very fast and affordable method of testing the functionality and fit of a restoration on the dental model. Very easy to mill Best shape stability even for large-span bridges Very good surface quality, especially for reproducing fissures Crystal clear surface with outstanding translucence Fully burns out Low cost alternative for the manufacture of lost forms for the casting process (at 23 C and 50 % relative humidity) Raw density 1.19 g/cm 3 E modulus 3300 mmpa Vicat softening temperature 103 C Ball indentation hardness 175 MPa Flexural strength, standard rod 105 MPa (80 x 10 x 4 mm 3 ) Chemical name / 100 % PMMA chemical composition: 4
Wax This new type of wax is extremely easy to mill and does not smear. It reduces milling time, is easy on the extraction system, and helps to keep the machine clean. Thanks to its low coefficient of expansion, even large-span bridges can be made without sacrificing anything in terms of fit. The material nearly burns without trace and is therefore ideally suited to making lost forms for the casting process, but can also be used for pressing and over pressing. Very easy to mill Does not smear during milling Low coefficient of expansion for best shape stability and fit, even with large-span bridges Nearly burns out without trace Ideal alternative for manufacturing lost forms for the casting process Good contrast High melting point High speed No static build-up Chemical composition synthetic wax Odor odorless Drop melting point 100 130 C Flash point not applicable Density 0.97 g /cm 3 Solubility in water insoluble 5
Model Zenotec PU blanks are available for making CAD/CAM arch models which are virtually unbreakable and keep their shape. These blanks are easy to mill and because the chips are of uniform size, gentle on the extractor. Telio CAD for Zenotec Telio CAD for Zenotec are cross-linked PMMA discs for the manufacture of temporary crowns, bridges and implant restorations. They allow full-contour crowns and bridges to be created that are comfortable to wear. As the maximum wear period is 12 months, the material can also be used for the fabrication of therapeutic restorations in the treatment of TMJ problems and in functional diagnostics. Due to Telio CAD s durable shade stability and lifelike fluorescence, esthetically appealing restorative results are achieved. The monochromatic discs are available in 6 LT shades (BL3, A1, A2, A3.5 and B1). They can be processed in all Wieland Zenotec CAD/CAM milling units. Due to the different thicknesses offered (16 mm and 25 mm), the discs provide great flexibility of use and are even suitable for higher implant restorations. Telio is a comprehensive product system for temporary restorations. The chemical compositions and shades of the Telio materials are compatible with each other to ensure reliability and flexibility. After polishing, Telio CAD for Zenotec restorations are preferably cemented with Telio CS Link or Telio CS Cem Implant. Prior to incorporation, they may be customized with the light-curing stains and layering materials of Telio Lab LC range.
