Bayaran ansuran bulanan (Bulan 1-59) 84 Bayaran ansuran bulanan (Bulan 60) 44 Jumlah keseluruhan Pinjaman yang perlu dibayar balik, termasuk jumlah pinjaman 5,000 PENGIRAAN = Jumlah Pinjaman tempoh (bln) = 5000 / 60 = 83.34 Ansuran bulanan = RM84 Jumlah ansuran = (RM 84 x 59 bulan) + (RM 44 x 1 bulan) = RM4,956 + RM44 = RM5,000 4. Bank akan membuat jualan balik paksa (force sale) dengan notis kepada peminjam apabila menerima arahan dari SPV jika pelanggan gagal membuat bayaran pokok pinjaman selama tiga (3) bulan berturut-turut atau jumlah keseluruhan bayaran untuk tiga bulan berturut-turut adalah kurang daripada bayaran bulanan pokok. BSN akan memulangkan amaun pokok pinjaman yang telah dibayar ke dalam akaun Pelanggan BSN. 6. Bagaimana jika saya membuat penyelesaian awal? Penyelesaian awal pinjaman tidak dibenarkan 7. Apakah Risiko Utama yang akan saya hadapi? Bank berhak membuat JualanBalik Paksa sekiranya Pelanggan gagal membuat bayaran pokok pinjaman selama tiga (3) bulan berturut-turut atau jumlah keseluruhan bayaran untuk tiga bulan berturut-turut adalah kurang daripada bayaran bulanan pokok 8. If the applicant is not a AS1M subscriber, the applicant must complete P1 form (Borang Pendaftaran Unit Amanah Akaun Dewasa) Permanent employment or Self-employed or in business or other Total household income per month of RM 500 to RM 3,000 Married/widowed with child BSN account holder 2. What do I get from this product? Loan RM 5,000 Tenure 60 month 3. What are my obligations? Monthly Installment (Month 1-59) 84 Monthly Installment (Month 60)) 44 The total amount you must pay including the amount borrowed is 5,000 Calculation = Loan amount tenure (months) = 5000 / 60 = 83.34 Monthly instalment = RM 84 Total instalments = (RM 84 x 59 months) + (RM 44 x 1 month) = RM 4,956 + RM 44 = RM 5,000 4. What are the fees and charges I have to pay? a) Stamp Duty (As per the Stamp Duty Act 1949 (Revised 1989) Nil b) Insurance Nil c) Advance Payment Nil d) Will Fee Nil 5. What if I fail to fulfill my obligations? Bank will make a forced sale upon notification to the borrower once receiving instructions from the SPV if the customer fails to pay the monthly payment for three (3) consecutive months or total payments for three consecutive months is less than the monthly payment of the principle. Bank will refund principle payment received to the customers BSN account. 6. What if I fully settle the loan before maturity? Early settlement is not allowed. 7. What are the major risks? Bank has a right to make Forced sale if Customer fails to pay the monthly payment for three (3) consecutive months or total payments for three consecutive months is less than the payment of the principal.
8. Do I need a guarantor or collateral? Guarantor not applicable for this product. Collateral in the name of Bank Simpanan Nasional. 9. What do I need to do if there are changes to contact details?
