We provide a complete range of telecommunications solutions and equipment for today's telecom network providers. WTN provides a single source of supply for all your telecom network requirements, for example; network installation, multi-vendor equipment configuration, technical support, outsourcing, logistics, telecom training, cabinets supply, and cable and accessories product supply, distribution, staging and inventory management. MANAGEMENT SERVICES WTN range of managed services is designed to compliment our product installation services and operational services offerings. Managed services aim to help our customers cut costs by streamlining areas of their business which are not usually considered core. WTN has identified a number of these areas and has established specialized services to improve efficiencies and provide cost savings - for example: materials management, logistics, outsourcing, warehousing, spares and surplus stock disposal.

WTN operates a number of production facilities. They play a critical role in supporting our customers, which enables us to assist both network operators and OEMs, in the design and build of equipment to go directly to site. We have the expertise to design racks, frames and accessories for specific requirements. This enables us to design solutions for specific project requirements. Through our machine operation, we are able to turn designs into working solutions. The test and commissioning department was established to meet the growing need for multi-vendor installation and commissioning. WTN has acquired the technical resources to provide this service and is conversant in the use of many OEM technologies. This enables us to test and configure vendor equipment in a controlled environment, before it is shipped to site. Time on-site is critical. Our workshops provide a controlled environment for preparing products, reducing required assembly time on-site. MATERIALS MANAGEMENT The procurement, storage and logistics involved in materials can be extremely costly for network operators. Materials can also become redundant losing money and costing more to continually store. Our customers have seen major advantages in using WTN resources to manage their inventory, realizing that this is a noncore business function and an area which can be run far more efficiently by a third party. WTN has gained substantial experience in materials management operations. We have the expertise to manage the entire procurement process. Source specified materials Work with your existing supply chain Manage inventory Remove obsolete stock cost effectively Work with vendors to control OEM supplied equipment

Provide warehousing Timed deliveries to specified sites Report on product usage, stock levels, forecasts and deliveries QUALITY The company's senior management team continuously monitors our documented system, in-line with best working practices and is always looking to improve our internal systems and procedures to provide greater benefits for our customers. All engineers and field based personnel go through an initial two week training course, where they learn the fundamental quality considerations and specific skills. Site work is carefully inspected by team leaders on project completion and strict checklists are followed. For example: checks are carried out on cabling, label identification, power, site clearance, sharp edge elimination, cut floor tiles are edged and thorough inspections are carried out to ensure no damage has been caused. HEALTH & SAFETY Health and safety is important to all. WTN ensures that all employees are trained in, and aware of, all relevant health and safety systems and work procedures, including CDM regulations.
