Base Units Rixonway standard base units are available in Full Height or Drawer-line door formats in both 500mm Space Saver and 600mm Standard depths. Units come 870mm high as standard (720mm + legs). A comprehensive range of cabinet sizes are available to ensure the best possible utilisation of available space in the kitchen. All Rixonway unit types conform to Public Sector performance standards including BS 6222, Part 2, Level H. Covered by the FIRA Gold Award which is recognised as being the highest award in the industry. The Rixonway manufacturing facility has also been assessed to meet the ISO 9001 Quality Assurance management standard and ISO 14001 Environmental management standard. Corner Base Units Rixonway offer a comprehensive range of Corner Base Units in both Full Height or Drawer-line door formats. Two main carcase sizes are available 800mm and 1000mm in length, and either 500mm Space Saver and 600mm Standard depths. Please specify the handing of the blanking panel when ordering by adding the suffix L or R to the unit code. Each unit is available with or without a corner post. With this variety there are many combinations of corner unit available to suit any design requirement. Below is a description of the coding system. Please check that the unit you are specifying can accommodate the appropriate sink. Sink/Dummy Drawer-line Units can be used to house a variety of sinks, and also as a replacement for a Drawer-line Unit that is to be significantly reduced in width on-site. Worktops Worktop Mitres Factory Cut Mason Mitres Rixonway can offer the facility of factory-applied Mason Mitre joints to Bull Nosed Worktops. In corner situations it is advisable that the joint be supported by the front rail of the corner base to allow access to the mason mitre bolts. Factory cut mitres are only recommended where wall corners are close to 90. If Mason Mitres are required, it is important that all dimensions be checked prior to order. Note: Each Male Mitre requires an extra 25mm of worktop.
