Free Will drawn up by our solicitors Our lawyers will assist you to draw up a free will. This offer applies where the entire estate is bequeathed to either children or the spouse. Special discounted rates apply on more complex wills and for spouses. Extraordinary Licence Applications If you lose your licence our lawyers will assist you with an Extraordinary Licence Application. They will help you prepare your application and represent you in court. The TWU will pay the full cost of the lawyers. You will only have to pay the standard court fees. Owner Driver Tribunal Representation The Tribunal was set up to give owner-drivers access to a low-cost dispute resolution process. We use it to resolve disputes over contracts and payment, etc. Under WA laws owner drivers must be paid WITHIN 14 DAYS unless there is a written contract in place and then it is 30 DAYS MAX. Our lawyers and industrial officers help owner-driver members to prepare and present their cases to the Tribunal FREE of CHARGE.
