Her practice emphasizes state and federal appeals, medical malpractice and products liability defense litigation, and health care law. Ms. Spillane has substantial experience advising health care clients on risk management, credentialing, quality assurance, fraud and abuse, self-referral, antitrust, and health care reform issues.
