Prepared for the Alaska Department of Community and Economic Development. Gravina Access Project: Economic Impact Assessment-Draft. Contributed to the assessment of the economic impacts of proposed bridge and ferry service alternatives between Gravina and Revilla Islands in southeast Alaska. Developed estimates of displacement costs, traffic impacts, and potential allision costs for the project. Prepared for the Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities. Socioeconomic and Environmental Impacts of Paving Gravel Roads. Developed and wrote the socioeconomic portion of the study on low-volume, gravel and paved roads in Alaska. Included sections on traffic safety and the economic impact of paving operations on local communities and the state. Prepared for the Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities.
