Collaboration in the development of the idea that will hopefully lead to the creation of a Regional Fund for Science and Technology for the Agricultural Sector of Latin America and the Caribbean. Main work was the preparation of Annex D in the proposal paper for the creation of the FRTA prepared by IDB Ministry of Economics Buenos Aires, Argentina Junior Analyst in the Project 91/019 of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) executed in the Secretariat of Economic Planning, Ministry of Economics.
